Nurburgring record 4"47 with PS2 f1

I'm sorry but, I've been racing in Gran Turismo for years...and despite my above average skill...I cannot for the life of me get the F1 around the ring at more than 60% throttle...because the car spins the wheels all the way through 4th gear. It has no traction control...even when it's turned on in the settings...its not on in the dash and doesn't work on the track. So why does it work here? What am I doing wrong? Or does it have to do with the "Simulation" setting in the game?

ive got a dark green one its beautiful, my best time is 5.50

sometimes im ahead by like 14 seconds half way through but i always fuck up

very good but easy with driving aids.. try without tcs and asm, with manual shifting.. i've done 5'09 with 904bhp-550kg F1 (with fully personalized setup)..

I find this f1 to be one of the hardest race cars to driver around Nurburgring.

The reason is. This f1 just dote feel stable on that bumpy road.
