@joebob4501 to bad i have a lumens tester that on a full battery it puts out 1000 lumes for about 3 seconds than slowly drops to about 900 and stays tell the battery dies

Surefire has one GREAT thing working in their favor - "Made in the USA". Beyond that, Surefire NEEDS to reduce their price to be able to compete with the likes of 4Sevens, Fenix, Jetbeam, etc. Other manufacturers are making "torches" just as reliable BUT with extreme OTF Lumens. Go BIG or go home. Keep the "Made in the USA" moving forward instead of being left behind in the dark because that blinding light at the other end of the tunnel is your competition Surefire.

@OvrWatch Doesn't matter where it's made if it's low tech. 4Sevens is an American company and Americans make most of the profit.

If it's high tech it should be made here in the U.S.
