Bro, you didn't mention the fact that you need to have a program like MagicISO or Magicdisc to mount the .iso program you download.

Oh well, I didn't really need it to play it, just as a base for a Gundam mod and that one works. Thanks, your tutorial was still a help.

@CrisR82 WRONG, the game is in japanese, but due to most peoples computers (unlike mine) do not have the correct software or japanese enabler, to play the game without the words turning into jiberish. Playing the game in jiberish is as good as not playing the game at all.

@DAZZ192 Set your regional settings to Japanese for NON UNICODE applications and it works just fine...you stil won't get English interface though, but to me - it doesn't matter. I've already unlocked everything and started online play with friends...jiberish? Who cares, you're playing to shoot and kill, not to listen to dialog.

How to work? Here's how:

Set your language options for non-unicode apps to "Japanese", install the game, update/install expansion/whatever you want to do, play with the stortcut from your desktop. No need for virtual PCs or XP-modes or admin stuff....IT JUST WORKS!

Easy as that. I it doesn't work for you, you fail. Send me a PM if you need detailed help.

@slasherrank I'm not sure I get what you mean...I don't follow the video at all, and I have the actual Japanese game CD, all I do is: install the game, patch it, nothing else. (NOTE: don't attempt to "english patch" the PowerUp kit...it wont work for sure!)

@Lezardstherapist 1st just because you post in 2 of my videos about the same thing doesnt make it any more important that anyone elses. 2nd of all you must install the english patch CORRECTLY and not have played it before you installed the english patch.

The English patch is down. I followed your instructions and when I do click on the English version link it says that the item you are looking for was either deleted or cannot be found, (something along those lines). Can you possibly post a new link to it?
