Hows the TV cab I seen in this video sound compared to a 1960 lead cab...That one has greenbacks and the other has G12T....have you ever played through the 1960lead...

I am in the process of buying a TV cab like the one in this video...I own a 1960Lead cab and it's great but I like the looks of the TV and I heard it's got a better sound because of it's taller thinner shape....

What do you think is better for EVH?

That is really accurate on the paint job!...I'll have to get him to paint one for me-I would love to see some full shots of THAT guitar...The bumblebee seems a little easier to do than the black and white-the stripes are pretty clear cut as opposed to the VH1 guitar with all the pinstripe tape and the 'moustache' above the pickguard,the pickguard itself,etc,etc, I'm gonna e-mail this cat-he knows what the hell he's doing!

One's masking tape size, and there's a thinner size. That's it I think.

Iceman - I use acrylic auto paint. The brand does not matter though as the gloss comes from wet sanding and buffing the finish - look up auto paint techniques and you'll get the hang of it. Hope this helps.

what kind of laquer did you use? when i did my own EVh prject, the laquer i used left a yellow stain. =P
