    Sorry to hear you've been having problems. We haven't made any speed reduction on the Pro package so I can only imagine that the problem you've been experiencing is specific to your line/account.

  • oic, so the ticket i have had open for over a week that i keep getting annoying quick generic replies too - for the purpose of just pacifying me instead of sorting out the issue (which is your side), will be magically now attended too because some stranger on youtube (using this medium for self-promoting plusnet so it appears you people give a shit about the customer - but you actually you don't) spins a yarn about actually doing what you are paid for?

  • the fact is you bombarded us customers with emails saying you were going to make speed changes on adsl2 or some cobblers then when it was implemented you throttle people hoping they won't notice the decrease instead of what should have been an increase - i'm sure many people haven't realised

    I'm certain i'm not the only one whos getting conned here by recent speed drops. now i complained it will 'mysteriously' amend itself i bet

    also, the ticket replys i got were an insult and a joke

    We are not conning anyone. If I knew a little more about your account specifics then I'd advise further, without that information though I'm not sure what I can do to help.

  • We can't commit to exactly which hardware you'll get currently as we're in negotiations with new suppliers, but as things stand you'll get a wired BT Voyager on Opt 1, a wireless 1 port BT Voyager on Opt 2 or a wireless D-link 4 port on Opt 3.

    Existing customers (provided they haven't had a router from us under the same terms in the last year) can have a router on deferred contract, so if you stay with Plusnet for a year it'll be free. P&P is 6.99. Hope this helps and thanks for asking :)
