I got SB1 but its crapy ehhe.

However, SB PRO PE is too expensive, it's more than 110 hundred bucks, and they should make, at least, the T-72 playable, i really want to play with a T-72 ( plz no "go play T-72 BOF here ).

PS: On 0:54, its not a T-72 sound there? The leopard really sounds different from it.

@helios932 No not at all. I meant that for people who are whining about how shitty this sim looks graphically. It's not a game - it's a sim and a training tool. As for a game like Arma 2 or CoD or whatnot, SB lacks the content basically that would make it a game. (like campaign etc)

SB pro pe needs a usb drive that comes with it call a (dongle). just to start the sim you need it

to be pluged into your pc.

@Tsagia SB Pro PE is practically SB2 - the version that you are looking for (judgeing by the current develompent time on the Pro version) will never see the daylight - unfortunately. So you'd better get Pro PE : /

@Breakerchase The price seemed high to me as well until I had a look at all the sims/games that I've bought and quickly lost interest in. SB Pro PE will never fall into that category. Just a small matter of finding time from real life to get the most out of it.

The T-95 is a Russian concept, planned for 2010, and will be manufactured by the Russian machine-building factory Uralwagonsawod.

The Leopard (2) is a German tank, mainly manufactured by Krauss-Maffei for the Bundeswehr and is also used e.g. in Chile, Denmark, Greece, Kanada, Singapur etc.

The Russian T-95 is in competition with western tanks.

What I want to say is, that there won't be a Leopard T-95, never! Inform yourself before writing this nonsense!

Probably.

But as for a Blood line, the lineage stems from the Panther more likely. Honestly you can root at least the main gun from the UK, France, and U.S. MBT's post WWII to the Panther. But im no expert, im sure there are much more learned guys on here that could give you proper details.

It's no "game" thank god... Sims are dying at the hands of brainless shooter fans, and their need to bitch when a SIMULATION (read the box please) is too hard for them to grasp.

M1 Tank Platoon 3 was cancelled because Hasbro took over Microprose and decided to say "fuck the dedicated fans who have made this genre what it is" and just ruined everything to cater to the shooter crowd.

There are hundreds of action games released every year. PLEASE just let us have our measly 1 sim per decade.

I do miss the days where flight sims and war games sat on the shelf next to the latest FPS or adventure game and the game manual took all afternoon to read.

Those games are still out there, but damn hard to find anymore and not many publishers will touch the genre.

The sad thing is these older games are better. Not because of some sim vs "game" attitude, but because they simply had more in them. I've yet to see any FPS rival the features or plain fun of Seal Team.

I totally agree. When I see what e.g. Astragon sells as Simulations, I could shake my head the hole day. That's only a lot of crap, less a Simulation than a bad game.

I don't know Steal Beast and never worked with it, but what I see in the videos here in youtube is amazing. If the controls are as good as the graphics, the ballistics and the radio traffic, it must be worth every cent. I think of buying it because I am a fan of real Simuations even though I'm only 21.

@BolterBolter i would say its the consoles that is the root of the problem. Now all games in first hand have to sell on consoles wich is really really bad since consoels are made for children and people who dont understand what a good game/sim is.
