  • How about a warranty? One that clearly states that if the element fails after PROFESSIONAL and QUALIFIED install, the company will pay to have the base trim pulled, floor pulled, re-install etc.... That could cost 2000 dollars out of pocket.. two guys.. two days... 35 an hour.. ouch!
