I hope you are wearing a face mask when cutting cast iron. When I was making live steam locos I found I was covered in a grey dust when using this material.

@bbcisrubbish Just my safety glasses, the cast iron does make a mess, and can be a mess in the CNC with coolant too. Brass comes off in the same way, but not as dirty as cast.

Jesus, you are turning too fast for that drill size......

It's running at 122 RPM, I thought that too, but the drill seemed to cut the best at 122 RPM, it does look like it's spinning fast in the video.
