It is a DeadBoy...But with cool yellow racing stripes..;)
It's difficult to imagine Disney releasing a Rifts movie that is up to par with the world created in the books.

The books didn't create a world - they merely describe it in part and your imagination made up the rest. It's a little harsh to expect a movie to match how you imagined things.
