my 89 has a single pipe. :( but i cut off the cat and mufler and ran the pipe out infront of the passenger side rear tire and she sings now. :D

I have an 1984 Dodge ram charger that needs fixing up I want to get off road shocks well I want it almost all off road But I want to know what you would do to it? A basic over haul of the truck also what kind of muffler would you put on it? I want a pari of nice glass packs ever since I blew up the muffler on it but this other dude want to put something on it that would make it quite. I can understand that I don't want people a mile away to here me but I just want to know what you would do?

@97TBirdguy dont get vortex..it sounds good if your foot is in it..bu really shitty otherwise get the extreme..the shorter of the chamber length the better too..if you want a bad ass tone..

@97TBirdguy i got an 86 150 with 318 headers into 4 foot cherry bombs and 3 inc tips after that no muffler

sounds great you could go 3 inch all the way off of headers for an even deeper louder sound. try it out

@97TBirdguy get shorty headers for a dakota they will fit on no problem, then build exhaust with dual cherry bombs. thats what i did. when it opens up it sings like wild.

go for it...for cheap performance exhaust glass packs are definately the way to go but i think flowmasters have much more tone...i have them on my 351 check it out...camera kind of sucks it sounds better in person but youll get the idea
