To everyone who had a positive comment about this album... Love your vibe!
?uest is a scholar, coupled by Black Thought... who in my eyes is the greatest MC of all time... Too bad Pac and Biggie aren't around. Respect to Jay. However, if Undun has the flavour of this song, only true music lovers will appreciate it. Lovers of music that stand the test of time, music that last for generations will cling to this album, for generations... if the album sounds like this first single!
this song kinda pisses me off. there's so much that could have been said without wasting time at the end. it's soo good but it needs at least one more verse
For those who say Kendrick is the best of the year, i would also put Lil B in contention. His recent album is really good and epitomizes everything that is good about hip-hop.
Really good year. Looking forward to Common and The Roots in december. :)
5377 views, are you fucking kidding me??? (And 50 of them are mine) damn, they should've let the chorus repeat for a couple of times by the end, though
Conscious rap is cool again! I've been slowly dying inside the last few years. I had to stop listening to the radio years ago and just play stuff from my iPod/iTunes. Maybe soon this type of stuff will be on there again. And for those of you that don't know Kendrick Lamar yet, go check him out. HiiiPower or Rigamortis should be good enough to convince you he's legit.
@MrGio7388 Kendrick's one of the best in the game right now, if not the best. Section.80 is the best album of the year IMO...flirts with classic. Takes multiple spins to fully appreciate and grasp the deep lyrics and overall powerful message of album. Don't sleep on Ab-Soul and ScHoolboy Q from TDE, either!
Show me someone who's listened to the last 50 seconds of Rigamortis and says K. Dot isn't one of the most talented artists doing it and I'll show you a liar.
i cant wait for the undun album, this song makes me happy to hear good music is still alive. the video to song gos so hard, and graphic. its almost hard to believe what your watching till the end.
@rileymayhem20 yeah it is some soul there. its so much potential for my city, but them white uppity politicians wanna keep it closed minded, because they profiting off the jail system, i done lost way too many homies, because they dont wanna bring in jobs or expand growth and wonder why they rob and kill
@rileymayhem20 thats true we do got soul bruh!! i may not be home but i rep where im from regardless where i am..... shout out to big krit for making it out and making it big!!!

@Aaron0Nase
I love the instrumental at the end, but i agree it could have used another verse.
