Well, for one, they grew from singing about killing girls to becoming VERY feminine themselves. I dont begrudge them, they're huge worldwide because of their new style. But I am NOT into D&A, and have been hoping to see some semblance of a rock band and not a pop band, and am now completely abandaning hope. Just a matter of preference, I'm not going to listen to a band because of their name, only if I like the music.

I appreciate that things should evolve, but if a band has a beautiful unique haunting soul and sound, and are capable manifesting that spirit in unique sounding songs then I don't think that would be so terrible. I mean, if the killers started making more music like this I don't think too many people would object (though I guess im projecting to a massive degree)

Erika, thanks for putting this here. Does anyone get what the lyrics mean? When Flowers sings of love, he is at the same time telling the other one to f*** off, it seems. I can't follow... Hopefully someone will find his way to this page and have an answer for me - while I am waiting...
