My baby and I saw Memphis Slim at the university in Aachen Germany in October of 1975. His selection ending that show was "If You See Kay." We were the only ones in the small auditorium audience that got it. Memphis Slim doing "If You See Kay" is on YouTube and only has 238 views right now. Slim and Willie Dixon were tight. We used to see Willie Dixon frequently in Chicago. Those were the days my friend we thought they would never end.
@deepwoodskentuckian Hey, Your right, the talent of this family is amazing. Check out his brother "Sam Chapmon" not many know that this family were the first to record this music. Then check out the Mississippi sheiks......simply awesome.
Wow....way back then....and going through 45 dollars....she had to be a heavy set gal!! There's another song out there simular to this one.....the guy wants to have her drink lemonade because she cant hold her liquor AT ALL.
I only listened because of the intriguing title...but WOW what a song! What a voice...I'm gonna try to listen to all the Memphis Slim songs on YouTube.

This song made me LOL when he said he said he had a dime left and then "Wadn't Dat A Beer Drankin Wo-man!"
For a minute I thought he was gonna say, "Wadn't Dat A Bitch!"
