Can GTS 450 1GB PCI Express run Assassin's Creed for PC in max graphics and resolution completely smoothly? Or should I get GTS 460? s GTS 460 not even enough?

WTF u retard its called vertical sync it limits your frames to the refresh rate of monitor so that u dnt get onscreen tears. you can turn the option off but i gotta tell ya, its very handy anyway, the human eye CAN tell teh diff between 30 and 60frames u idiotLOL the reason thatI got180fps is simply because of that i didnt turn it on, and also this game is less demanding thanCrysis; with my current rig i can play this;max res+settings noprob so nxt time dnt complain about somthin u dont know!lol
That's completely besides the point. Max res for your monitor is probably 1280x1024 since it's 19" and you're playing at 1280x1024. Max res for the game is max resolution is what the max your video card handle. What you need to do is not brag about your FPS when you're using a low resolution compared to today's standards.
