@shahriaryUT People in Azarbaijan are in the same situation , there are a mixture . The name Azarbaijan comes from the name of the first Persian Military governor of the area who was called Adharpadegan which means so rounded by fire . Even today a military base is called Padegan . After Mongol invasion and their successor the Ottoman rulers Azarbaijan for too long was under control of foreign rulers and for this reason they lost their mother language .
