  • love him

  • Early scene in movie with him and the dairy farmer probably some of the best acting I have ever watched.

  • hans is my favorite character right next to hugo stiglitz

  • *Melts*

  • hahaha love the way he says enfant terrible :P en font turri bowl

  • He is smart because he is European

  • wow. he even pronounced enfant terrible right. D:

  • You don't say "thats a bingo" ... you just say bingo.

  • Can one be any more amazing?? *___*

  • Damn Waltz, YOU SCARY!

  • He totally owned that chick...

    THAT'S A BINGO!

  • Why evil? :D

  • is he still in character??? i agree if i was the interviewer, i'd feel as nervous as monsieur Lapadite!

  • man he should play a roman general

  • ThatS A BinGO :D

  • He owned the interviewer.

  • He pwned her with the "evil frame of mind" question.

  • I love his intellectuality.

  • Look at his face..he's manipulating her and she doesn't know it.;

  • this dudes life is sooo gonna fuckin change

  • wow... he's like Landa, even as himself. If I were interviewing him, I would be sure to have felt fear running down my spine.

I feel like a person like him will always say things with multifaceted hidden meanings.

    Still, great actor.

  • So when the military history of this night is written, it will be recorded that I was part of Operation Kino from the very beginning as a double agent, anything Ive done in my guise as an SS colonel was sanctioned by the OSS as a necessary evil to establish my cover with the Germans

  • He is so amazingly attractive and I love his voice, not to mention his uncanny brilliant acting skills. What a great movie that was.

  • so is he american or german. ive never heard of him. im not a movie watcher :P

  • @mastagunns in real life he's austrian but in the movie he's german :]

  • @liitlebones @LauraaSantons Ooh, yes. And do you know? We don't take it that seriously... Austrian, German... Hitler is Austrian as well, isn't he? But in that case he's ALWAYS German, dear Austrians, huh?

  • @hollowicer shut the fuck up little american faggot !

  • @McZammer GERMAN faggot, if you don't mind, please. :)

  • @hollowicer HA!

  • @hollowicer well a cunning intelligent German faggot though, in some ways better than the american and other english speaking version of the faggot... a little more palatable to the ear.... less imbecilic and raucous .. but just a dangerous to society...

  • @mastagunns he's actually austrian :)

  • this dude is such a badass!!!

  • Poor poor American actors in this movie, by Herr Waltz side they are a bunch of amateurs, too bad Christian Berkel and Til Schweiger didn't have a bigger role in this amazing film. As always Tarantino's way of make cinema created an instant classic. I should have liked that Hitler were a little less cartoonish though.

  • He's good because he's so precise.

  • he was perfect for the role! he's pure evil

  • This guy This guy is a freakin legend

  • What an interesting guy . His performance in Inglorious Basterds was superb.

    He deserved that Oscar.

  • Comment removed

  • @RideMyBMW And you're just some fuck on youtube. Not someone anyone gives a shit about...

  • I could SO see him as the Merovingian in The Matrix

  • after watching this interview , i realized that he did not do any acting ...he is just naturally like that ..they way he is speaking sitting everythihng

  • @floatinsun you shut your god damn mouth faggit

  • hahah he is the exactly same in real life as he is in the movie

  • @deadtofall666 he is just a perfect bastard!!

  • this man is deep. his interview is deep. if you saw the interview Oprah did after he won the Oscar, it was embarrasing. she couldn't keep up with him, kept concentrating on his "new found" success. I love Oprah, but that interview was terrible!!

  • so damn classy hot man...

  • I know he's hot for his age.

  • bwahahaha why....evil???

  • Waltz's peformance was better than Brad's, but Brad's performance was better than half the people nominated for best actor.

  • I'm so bloody falling in love with this guy... GOSH... I'm in that amazed by christoph..

  • Quentin about Christoph: "He gave me my movie back".

Christoph about Quentin: "He gave me my vocation back".

  • this guy would be a great choice to play The Red Skull in the first avenger: Captain America..

  • haha let's just hope he's not typecast as a nazi in everything

  • His performance was fantastic. Should be awarded. Personally, I thought Pitt's performance was less than impressive.

  • this dude is cool

  • He was better then Brad Pitt I ggotta give it to him.

  • Yes this man was absolutely amazing. Made your heart beat fast

  • A good actor needs a good director. Thank you so much, Tarantino, for showing the world the real pontential of actors like him and August Diehl who would otherwise be wasted in cheesy German productions.

  • Truth

  • The guy carrying the movie is not Brad Pitt but Christoph Waltz. Excellent performance!

He deserves an Oscar for this, really.

  • This guy deserves a fucking award for his part in the movie, he was terrifing

  • I aree!!! po polsku popieram!!!

  • omg ik! he was pretty funny too, the whole cracking up at that chick over her "broken leg".

  • and the pipe! lol

  • I would

  • HE IS SO BEAUTIIIFFULL!!!

  • Very intelligent. Thought-provoking. Honest. Refreshing. Handsome! I starting to really love this guy. His acting in "Inglorious Basterds" really captured me, even playing that part. Waltz really brings a special something to a role that could be very predictable, just as "evil" is smacked onto it, so it could be very predictable and typecast, but Waltz makes it different, interesting. He reels you in, makes you ask, "how will this guy react? what will he do next?" even as Hans Landa.

  • @theultimateotaku represents a true German, always thinking outside the box and never considers the accepted as the 'norm' like most other races of people. The Germans are revolutionary thinkers. Why they created the Computer, TV, Jet engine, sub machine gun and had the smartest man that ever lived (Van Goethe) his first reply in this clip exactly backs up my claim about Germans as revolutionary thinkers, therefor more advanced in every field.

  • God, after seeing Inglorious Basterds , I am in love with Cristopher Waltz!!!

  • This guy's intelligence frightens me. He didn't even have to pick up a working knowledge of any language for this movie--he's fluent in ALL FOUR. And he uses bigger words in English than I do. *chagrin*

I look forward to award season so that I can see this guy make a clean sweep.

  • he's only faking Italian. But 3 languages are amazing too x3

  • He....is......so......GORGEOUS!

  • @MlleWaltz and yet unfortunately I only know exactly what he's talking about 10% of the time.

  • so charming

  • so cute :)
