  • Wish I had a gun to shoot the black people that broke into my house three times.

  • I live in (Philly) PA. I have 2 questions I need a real answer to. 1: I'm in my house and I hear the sound of things hitting my windows to the front of my home. I go to my door to discover 3 people throwing things at my home. Do I have a right to protect my home from vandalism? And 2: I walk outside to discover my car window broke with some dude sitting inside my car ripping my stereo out he has a tool in his hand used to break into my car. I have my legal gun on me. What are my options?

  • AZ has it!!

  • do you know where we can find a list of the states that have the different castle doctirne's?

  • When you are defining 'Castle Doctrine' should that not be 'violent' (rather than 'viloent') and surely the second part of the slide should read "... or any other persons ILLEGALLY (rather than 'legally) inside". Such typo's could really land someone 'in the mire' if they followed your no doubt well intentioned advice! Not being a pedant, but such elemental errors diminish the points you are trying to make...

  • @TheLegumMagister You are correct with "violent"...a misspelling...shoot me, no pun intended, however, you need to take another look its legally occupied and ILLEGAL trespassing...which I also misspelled "tresspassing" but you missed that one....geez.

  • PA is on the band wagon for labeling everyone a terrorist to SUSPEND Pennsylvanian's rights to buy and possess firearms. Close the liquor shops down if you don't want so many DUIs too.

  • Now with the NDAA, police and military can kick everyone's door in and basically kill everyone or torture them to death any where on the globe and not have to tell anyone or be held accountable. The no knock warrant should be banned then, really.

  • thanks for the info. I live in south dakota (wishing we had a Stand your ground law) working on getting my CWL and this has been a great help thanks

  • @Dudeguy1973, How will anyone know for sure whether you announced your attention to use deadly force or not? The person is already dead, the dead cant speak and Im sure you,as the shooter, wont tell them

  • Great info. I live in Texas, have license to carry and keep a least one of my guns accessible in the home, car or on my person at all times. I would not live in a state that does not allow you to carry concealed nor stand your ground. 2nd Amendment has to stand for something, " the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". Never had to draw my weapon and hope to never need to. But rather have it and not need it . . .

  • @OMGRedonk Amen, couldn't have said it better myself..thanks for the great comment.

  • Salt Lake City here I come

  • can you PM me the info for west viginia, or the site to help with finding out more------ thank you

  • canada needs castle or stand your ground doctrine, and also needs capital punishment . I hate the idea of tax dolalrs being spent on keeping an evil, violent, non humane persons alive, though the person that is facing execution has to have been convicted confessed thier guilt, and have accompanying DNA, and fingerprint evidence at the crime scene. I like the way the romans used crucifixtion as punishment I do not think lethal injection is enough punishment.

  • In canada there is no castle or stand your ground doctrine the law only only self defense if you can not flee your atatcker. where I live i have more then one door, but no way am I going to flee, I will fight off a burglar, I have weapons in my room, and around the house. I will kill to defend myself, and loved ones if neccessary but I will only use maximum amount of force allowed, because a injured burglar, may feel physical pain for a long time while a dead burglar does not.

  • Say I'm home and someone kicks my door in and enters, do I have to actually run and hide first or do I have a right to defend myself to the full extent? I am in Texas and my neighbor was attacked in his own home a few weeks ago, he was put in the hospital because he ran and hid in his room instead of defending his home.

  • @bolodeb you should have no problem in texas lol.

  • 'Commiefonia' - fuck you and fuck whatever state you live in. Up until you said that you came across a professional. Lose the bumper sticker rhetoric and make serious arguments for why CA should change its gun laws. No friend made here today.

  • @MrSpinteractive dude it's a joke...geez...overly sensative are we? Actually, California has a good Castle Law which I mentioned. No duty to retreat and CA calls it justifiable homicide. Kudos to CA for that. The 'Commiefornia' was a joke to others that have used it based on the CA waiting period for gun purchase, can't purchase ammo online, open carry without magazine in gun, difficulty getting concealed weapon permits, but with all that CA is still better than some other states.

  • @MrSpinteractive

Woah everybody should know killafornia has terrible gun laws they rarely prosecute felons carrying guns as harshly as they should and in many counties it is impossible by local opinion to get a ccw license when you need to protect your family also when an aggressor forces you to use equal force on them the state government there often puts you on trial anyways it's a broken system. One of the worse in the nation.

  • @MrSpinteractive A serious argument as to CA changing its "Socialist" ideas (socialist because Nazi Germany was an avid supporter of gun control), is that only law abiding citizens are affected by the gun laws of CA, not the criminals. The people who actually want to commit crimes will go to any lengths to do so. So in effect, you have completely disarmed yourself and placed your trust in the government. My gun stickers mean that I do not trust my life to the government.

  • I have a scenario here. Say that someone has illegally entered my place of residency and i warn them that i have a gun. The person persists, i open fire, and he loses his life. Will i be arrested? i live in Texas.

  • @TBear92 I have seen many articles on the net about Texans opening fire on an armed intruder and killing them on the spot. From what I read is they get questioned and the whole nine yards but they have walked free. Im sure you would get your firearm taken away for "evidence" and MIGHT be on your record (hidden, but still there) but its a whole lot better than having yourself or loved ones hurt. I live in Arizona and I know if I had to defend myself the law would be on my side

  • @TBear92 Nope...you are protected under the Texas Castle Law. Of course they would investigate the matter but in that scenario the person unlawfully entered your place of residency and continued to pursue you, in fact as soon as they enter illegally you can use deadly force.

  • @DudeGuy1973 Alright, just wondering. Thanks.

  • The NY State Laws must be changed to support the innocent victims of violent crime not the felon's who break the law.Common sense laws, must be written. The right of felons to sue those victims who are defending their property or their family or themselv's,must come to an end .Criminal's must be held accountable for there actions, and the consequences that ensue

  • @dannyfivefifty amen.

  • Pennsylvannia just signed the Castle Doctrine into law. I'm not sure about the "stand your ground" or "retreat clause" however.

  • Great video, thanks. Tom

  • I'm a fan of Stand Your Ground States. This means that homicide is justifiable when committed either: (1) In the lawful defense of the slayer, or his or her husband, wife, parent, child, brother, or sister, or of any other person in his presence or company, when there is reasonable ground to apprehend a design on the part of the person slain to commit a felony or to do some great personal injury to the slayer or to any such person, and there is imminent danger of such design being accomplished;

  • thank you for this video I used it in a source for my school speech. The only thing is you never mentioned Wisconsin.

  • @bookrule I went through it...your right I missed Wisconsin...check your PM's! :)

  • Thanks for the information man, very informative.

Thinking about buying fire arms when I get older[ for target shooting, and range etc]

    Great upload!

    Lmao @ commifornia.

  • @AgrivatedKillah Thanks man. Firearms are a lot of fun, just demand great respect. Stay safe and really educate yourself on your state laws and the states around you. Knowledge is power.

  • @DudeGuy1973 Appreciate that man, and don't mind the name.. i'm not a crazed man lol.

Hope to see more videos of you in the future!

  • fuck canada, someone breaks in and you punch them you get charged

  • pa has the Castle doctrine

  • @manofgod30 Virginia Sucks but I will take my chances with the jury if it comes to that.

  • Senate Bill 273 An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general principles of justification, further providing for definitions, for use of force in self-protection, for use of force for the protection of other persons, for grading of theft offenses and for licenses to carry firearms; and providing for civil immunity for use of force.

  • thanks for the info. I believe Pennsylvania is actually trying to get rid of the retreat clause and extend the castle to anywhere you are. So if you happened upon someone in fear for their life, your helping them would also fall under the Castle Doctrine. Don't quote me on it, but that's what I got from reading the bill.

  • @manofgod30 Amen. :)

  • Florida has The Castle Doctrine

  • @njrivetelite yep...actually several other states modeled their castle doctrine after Florida's. Thanks for the comment.

  • Great informative video dude! Thanks for the info:)

  • @xxFRANKENZTEINxx No problem, I may do a few of the southeast states in detail, thanks for watching.

  • @DudeGuy1973 The thing that Im preplexed about is transporting my gun back and forth to the range. I looked it up on handgunlaws.us

One deputy tol me to put it on the dash in plain view. But the way they have it described is a bit confusing on the website. It cant be concealed, has to be in plain view but cant be with in easy reach? Maybe Im getting that part wrong. Last time I had it on the dash in plain view as opposed to having it in the case, which would have been concealed.

  • @xxFRANKENZTEINxx I think I remember you saying in one of your vids your in NC, if so, the transport laws are just crazy. Getting a concealed carry permit would take care of the confusion. Generally, your right, the NC law states that while transporting a firearm it must not be concealed and not readily accessible.

  • @DudeGuy1973 Thanks dude, I appreciate the assist!

  • @xxFRANKENZTEINxx no problem my brotha! :)

  • Oh wow!! Commiefornia has a CD? now all we need is to jump through hoops and pray we're not robbed during the 10 buisness day waiting period for firearms!! =P

  • @TommyGunnz8427 lol, yeah...no kidding what a joke on the 10 day wait. Thanks for watching.

  • Nice law!

But in Germany unthinkable - 'over'injure a burglar and you will be sued

  • @Geomanb yeah, very interesting to draw comparisons with different countries, I'll be in Germany next month. :)

  • Great info !

  • @krazy45cat thanks man.

  • Great overview! Thanks!

  • @aaroon68 No problem, thanks for watching. :)
