  • I am Haitian. It has been 8 months since the earthquake. People around the world sent money for Haiti. We have 8 million unemployed people. Those people could have helped cleaning the debris. It is a crime and a shame. I am not talking about reconstruction. I am talking about cleaning. Is it the Haitian government or the World Bank who does not want to release the funds? Someone, please explain.
