It's not exactly rare, but it's a scene a lot of people won't see because not everyone ends up getting into the honey bee inn, and it's a really weird and interesting scene.

If you talk to the girl right before she leaves the room after cloud gets up you get the key item lingerie.... if you collect all of the "good" items scattered around the city before you go to the mansion the guy at the end picks Cloud to be his girl for the night... had you done that, this little video MIGHT have been A LITTLE rare... but other than that this isn't anything out of the ordinary sorry =/
