theobserveriswatchin ; first thing i would like to say to you that i am "proudly" being a bruneian. let us get things right here, not everything we get is in "free". but brunei government is such a very kindness. for instance, in other countries , in hospital , they have to pay a lot "amount" of money. but here, in brunei we have to pay only for $1 and get a free medicine. also the operation for serious injury are "FREE!" .

You know...I've seen people "tapau" food and all.But this is way too extreme!Usually(what I see anyway)the people don't act like that. Sure. They "tapau" and all.. and I have seen some individuals go to an extent where it is unbearable to watch. But NOT all Bruneians like to "tapau".

Its everywhere, may it be a wedding or any kind of occasions this is what u see, as if they never eat for a long time, no queing, get the food as much as they could but never waste it on top of that they tapau even when others havent get to the food, funny thing sometime they are not even invited to the occasion. I wasn't there during food festival, but I am like you two, I am disgusted by the lack of manners, but it doesn't mean that I should keep quite about issue. If you are not ignorant, the same case happened 5 days after the food riot during the Israk Mikraj, and it happened due to lack of organization and manners to que up. It happened because people trying to hide it rather than tackling the issue.

If they are that poor then they should be working hard to get away from the situation.
Though the video has made me realised that they ARE poor people here that really needs help.
But deleting the video would really be a good idea like you said :).

Thanks for agreeing with my opinion.
None of this so called fight talk would be here if this video wasn't reposted. And none they will be anymore if this video is deleted unless if someone decides to post it up again.
