All I originally wanted to say was that this singer sounds a whole lot like Muddy. But I must add: I wish this were a forum that shows respect for the views of others. CUT OUT THE UNNECESSARY CURSING!!! Curious kids (and sensitive adults) are watching. Let's all grow up. Now you're all probably going to rant about this post. Go ahead. I won't read it. I won't visit this page again.
@RubberSoul2686 Sounds like you're familiar with the experience. ...And it seems I'd better WAY, WAY, dumb-down my humor for you cretins....None of you would "get" the dryer forms of joking around if it were your own right hand jacking off your Dad...HEY, "Rubber Soul", huh? ...That's my fave Rolling Stones album.
@gwugluud Bit silly your comment and you could have expected some reaction on it. Only one question, where did you think SRV got his inspiration from? Sorry to say, but musicians like Big Joe Williams, Leadbelly, Robert Lockwood, Kokomo Arnold, Booker White, Robert Johnson and many others were the 'Godfathers" of the blues. The fact you prefer SRV has everything to do with personal taste, that's all.
@gwugluud I do believe Stevie Ray Vaughan would call you an idiot (and if you are going to invoke his name, at least SPELL IT RIGHT, moron). SRV's hero was Albert King (and Big Joe, Lockwood, etc etc etc). Now who was Albert King's heroes? Either learn about what you are talking about or troll elsewhere.
Found out he lived in the basement of the Jazz record mart and use to do odd jobs around the place.
There is a video of when he toured UK with Memphis Slim, Willie Dixon, and Sonny Boy Williamson where Big Joe is playin' "Baby Please Don't Go" and he stops strumming, extends his arm towards the audience and starts moving his hand as if he's bending the airwaves coming out of that nine string of his then continues playin' without missing a beat.......
Jazz record mart had this guitar displayed in their window and hung up on their wall. The owner was Bob Koester also the owner of Delmark records told me the guitar belonged to Big Joe Williams. He let me take it down and hold it. It had a Sovereign pickguard with three extra holes drilled into the head for three additional string posts.
It's indescribable how this guitar in the window with these extra strings and all had me in a trance without ever hearing a note of the his blues.

@gwugluud If you were to meet Stevie Ray in the afterlife, he'd kick you right in the testes while Big Joe looks on laughing.
