The cops ARE drunk. watch how some of them are walking. And yeah, I did use cheats (a trainer actually) just so I wouldn't die to show the mod in action. I didn't make the mod, just the video. All in good fun :)

u used the bulletproof car code u enterd veachal of death when u were inside the car got out got back in deactavate the veacheal of death code get out of the car and it's bulletproof / fireprooof / explosinproof / damageproof. thats what i for sum fun. store it in er garage the fireproofing and damageproofing goes away
