Just a heads up, the globe hidden in the room in Vault 21 requires a lockpick skill of 50 to get to. You will also loose karma for picking the lock.

I know, and the glitches are worse! Whatever you do, don't do the mission where you kill Caleb McGaffery. After you kill him there is a glitch that won't allow you to get back into the New Vegas strip unless you are wearing an old cowboy hat, I'm not joking.

@TheZakAtack u can try the oldest trick in the book, which is get an armour that is better and reverse pickpocket him (so place the armour on him) and than he'll automatically switch to the better one, than again pickpocket him and the armour should be there. (i dont know if this works on new vegas but its worth a shot)
