  • /watch?v=A1ONukdRksU

my taekwondo vid check it out

  • taekwondo ist eine der besten sportarten der welt und wer meint das er gegen tkd gewinnen kann soll sich melden

  • A punch to the chest that interrupts an attack counts as a point. But you will probably give them a point as you leave your self open for a jump roundhouse. So it just raises both your points as a whole and makes the game shorter.

  • nice vid man i have posted a vid check it out and leave a comment of what you think

  • If they make punches 2 points you will start to see more punching!

  • How do the rules work for olympic tkd, seems so strange they don't use thier hands.

  • @ScaevaArcana Taekwondo is 75% kicking and 25% punching. So it's EXTREMELY rare to see any hand techniques in sparring. Punches are usually only used if in close range, but I don't think they gives points when punching in the olympics.

  • @U2LedZep That's correct. There are no points for hand strikes in sparring, but strikes are still useful for maintaining spacing.

  • @storyacoustic Exactly :)

  • jamas fue punto la descendente de chu mu yen, y sin embargo le contaron 2 puntos. sin esta ayuda Tamer ganaria por tener menos amonestaciones.

  • ничё нормальное видео

  • look this good tkd video!!!! :)

    watch?v=BdO2LJ_v5w8

  • chinese taipei (Chu mu yen) red vs egypt (tamer bayoumi) blue

  • tamer baiumi must be win in this match----------but he trains very good for olympic london2012-------GO EGYPT

  • en el segundo 3 el wn dice y weaaaa xD

  • awesome, captivating to the very end. as an athlete in tkd myself i found this to be a great example of tkd sparring. loved it.

  • WTF (world taekwon Do federation)... Its a way to show ur agility with ur legs, that u are able to fight without the arms... its the meaning of the competitions.

But if u want to beat a guy in the street u can do it, in the arena u can beat a man with ur legs in the street u CAN use, ur fist, elbows, kneel... and show the real form of the Taek Won Do... any artial marts its better that other, "IT'S YOUR SKILLS"

  • taetaedo U MAD? just cause korean invented the tkd and didn't win the gold medal? gg go blow a wiener

  • Comparing martial arts because of sparring is idiotic. Just take a look at kung fu sparring; you will find that 99% of the matches don't resemble anything close to kung fu, which is a shame because it, like all martial arts, is designed to inflict damage. TKD is just the same. A small percentage of techniques taught by TKD instructors are actually used in sparring purely because they won't score points. When properly applied, any martial art can beat any other.

  • damn why all the hate? it's an olympic sport... a game. i doubt that these guys go around acting like they can clean house in a bar or something, they're athletes like a soccer or basketball player.and as much as i watch ufc and respect/admire its participants, that's still a sport too, with rules and rule enforcers.the real classical martial arts have maiming, ripping and breaking techniques with a whole deadlier mindset to them, which would hardly ever get applied now.let athletes be athletes.

  • egypt vs china teipei c chu mu yen one of best fighter of taekwondo in the worldd

  • egypt vs . ???

    what country is this?

  • This is not Taekwondo. It's TaeTaeDo. What does TaeTaeDo mean in Korean? "Tae" means to kick, "Tae" means to kick, and "Do" means the way. TaeTaeDo was illegitimately formed as a BASTARD martial art by WTF (What The Fuck) on May 28, 1973. Chu Mu Yen is What The Fuck (WTF) sucker!

  • Chu Mu Yen is my fav fighter!! intense fight

  • A tenet of WTF Suckskwondo - Cha ryuht, BOW TO THE ASS. Never fight in the ring and the streets or else....YOU WILL GET YOUR ASS KICKED. Choon bi, BOW TO THE ASS.

  • uuumdm is right

  • i would love to see these guys get there ass beat by real fighters like guys in mma or muay thai. That tip-tap shit has got to go. TKD has evolved into something that doesn't even resemble real fighting

  • how confident would u be versing that tip tap shit? ud get ur ars kod so fast it just wouldnt matter.

  • unlikely. but i would love to see you try; but it'll be so easy for me since your not use to taking punches in the face and keep your hands down, bitch!

  • I got some pretty earth shattering news for you. I've been against guys like these. Those kicks are no joke. They are fast and they will take you right out even through those pads if you're not careful. Their feet are easily twice as fast as most mixed martial artist fighters' hands and just as powerful.

  • acctually yes i got my arm bruised through my pad from one kick on saturday. i was a tournament and i took 2 head kicks. Some pretty rough stuff. Mostly though its a great sport and very fun. When your doing street brawling your life and health is at risk. Its kind of like paint ball vs real guns. Paintball is like taekwondo tag your opponent out. Then real guns are just the real thing and it doesnt go any further... like are we trying to kill eachother here?

  • because its a sport. you gotta score points not kill the other person. MMA is something like the gladiators used to do. Not everyone tolerates that kind of violence so its a lower level of that. This is a great sport and takes a lot of skill and thinking. strategy involved.

  • Greatest1942 apparently you don't know shit about martial arts. Taekwondo, like many other martial arts, exists in many different forms.Olympic Taekwondo, similar to point Karate, utilizes some skills irrelevant or even harmful in real combat. But the Olympic elite are not mcdojo black belt and can separate competition technique from real world technique. Maybe you should be tested for ADHD because its not that hard to keep up, even you know whats going on.

  • Oh, WTF Tae Tae Do should be eliminated in the next Olympics. Highlights of WTF always look good. If you've watched the Beijing Olympics, you'll know it's What The Fck Tae Tae Do, and it's pretty much self-explanatory. It's boring, and it's very difficult to stay tuned and watch the whole fight. It's a SHAME! WTF is a disgrace of all martial arts in the whole. As a sport, What The Fck is a weird sport. It emphasizes on TAPPING the chest guard of your opponent with your feet. What The Fck?

  • You're right Greatest ! Tkd should be eliminated everywhere ! It is a weak sport given its importance from its knockouts. Why because they spar without their guard up ! It is certainly no martial art nor is it useful for self-defense !

  • great point at 12:40

  • shen shen shen sha pass pasia aang aang

  • no one who won something like the olmpics would degrade themselves by going on that show. Next thing you know ull be saying why dosent jackie chan go on ufc. Its called dignity.

  • At around 10:01 Chu Mu Yen did a beautiful spinning hook.

They are both obviously strong competitors.

    Olympics Beijing 2008 :)

  • tamer it was so close 5-4

any way u play a good game and ur best with spain's player

  • its not a real fight, its a fuckin sport thats why its in the olympics. And sports have rules. The rules is that punches dont give points. ribs stomach and chest is 1 point. Head 2. KO win.

  • hmmmm everything matrials art have a good n weak point not only perfect.

but i like takwondo b'cause have such beautyfull kick movement. ^____^

  • kinda pisses me off when ppl diss a sparring match in TKD. Just becuase they dun use their fist doesnt mean they cant. Its just becuase no points are rewarded in the match for punches, so they dun use them. What u see in olympics are matches that are set up in such a way that points are easily and fairly awarded. And dun diss it unless u can throw ur kicks as fast as they can.

  • wtf ~ bunch of moron ~

Do you see the reporter speack Korean>?

Stupid shit~ that guy who won the 2004 gold medal is from Taiwan and Tae Kwon Do is a martial art from Korea ~ that doesn't make everyone who practice Tae Kwon Do" Korean" just beacuse its orginally started from Korea

    ====

Anyways, Ji Kwun Do is the most useful martial art and way better than Tae Kwun Do ~

  • i bet i can kick your ass

  • WTF IS JI KWUN DO

    sounds gay to me =/

  • there is no better martian art. and Ji Kwun Do doesnt exist.

  • Chu Mu Yens is looks to my sl agresivo but not lost control of the same

  • The sport TaeKwonDo is Korean. The athelet Chu Mu-Yen is from Chinese Taipei - Taiwanese.

  • ya kinda retarded how they fight huh, guess wat one of those kicks will knock u out. punches dont hv as hard of an inpact and they dont reech as far.

  • you guys are idiots, taekwondo is korean this video is taekwondo

  • Punches are allowed in TKD, but most of TKD revolves around kicking, mostly the round house kick

  • wtf??? this is chinese not korean

  • ARE RETARDED?! THIS IS KOREAN!

  • think the guy meant the broadcast

  • Beijing 2008 Here we come,Steven Lopez all the way!!!!!

  • guys they're not Koreans they're chinese.

  • dude a practice tae kwon do its korean, my teacher is algo korean and in the back of the uniforn u can read KOREA

  • Are punches not allowed or somehting?

  • kinda retarded how they fight, throw some punches haha,

  • oooooooooooooooooOoo

  • wow tamer bayoumi gave his full heart on the fight..

i want to see him fight in the Beijing Olympics.. Chum Mu Yen is really a great fly weight.. best fight i watched..

  • I hope we can do something in Beijing !!

  • 3ash ya tamer 3ash

  • Akhiran wa7ed masrawy :-)

  • yeah i did taekwondo for the egyptian national team we always ha one of the best guys in the world....

what's up captain AMR KHAIRY miss u buddy

  • Proud to be Taiwanese, XD

  • muy bueno pero yo le gano facil a los 2

  • Chinese Taipei = Taiwan

  • both are equaly skillful, egyptian was a bit defendsive, but this time cant used against chu, chu is the guy and he cant be stoped

  • wow that is that taiwanese fighter? he's awesome

  • muito bueno

  • Oops, correction he's from Chinese Taipei

  • he is taiwanese.. no need to correct

  • hes taiwanese.PERIOD.

  • TAMER SALAH !!!!!!!! I'm proud coz am Egyptian :)
