yeah,i have the same thing as jgshi.I am arriving at 7:00 P.M. on Horizon Air and departing at 12:00 A.M. on Philippine Airlines and im printing my boarding passes for boath flights.Do i still need to go through border control and re-check in.anyway,will i just get my baggages and check them in again?I hope i dont have less time

@6586shadow It depends if you can get your baggage checked through at the airport you are departing from. If you can't you'll have to clear Canada Customs and claim your baggage in Vancouver, leave the secured area and check in with Phillippine Airlines and clear security again. You have 5 hours between flights so you'll have plenty of time to get through customs and security.

I am connecting through Vancouver. I am arriving at 12:15 on Continental and departing at 1:30 on China Eastern. Since I don't have my boarding passes for the 2nd flight, do I have to go through immigration and customs to check in at the front, then pass through security? Will I have enough time?

@jgshi Customs and Immigration can get quite busy at that time of the day. Many airlines close check in 1 hour prior to the flight so even if you cleared customs and immigration quickly, you might be too late to check in for your next flight. You will need extra time as well since you have to reclear security after exiting Customs and Check-in.

i just visited vancouver on winter vacations..

and the airports is just awesome!

It was the first time i visited canada, and its the best country i´ve ever visited.

dont get taser The Rcmp and canada customs are arrongant and bullies ! if you are European you get harrassed and treated like a crimminal at the airport by Canada Customs and if you complain they say they will call the Rcmp ! Canada customs is mostly to blame for their arrongant nazi attittude ! welcome to Canada best place on Earth !...if you are hindu or asian the canada customs they ignore you but if you are white you are 100% harrassed !! call canada customs or send them email
