Toshiya's technique is really something to be studied by bassists and so far when it come to the diru bass covers on youtube i'd have to say that imo you're the one who's got his shit down closer than anyone else so far!

@funkaforfan lol it indeed did and you're totally right about it not being a complicated thing. it's just a technique that is really easy to be sloppy with so it just takes practice cuz it's all precision and coordination. btw that was a very quick response you gave! xD
