SMOKE=BROKE, no point having large injectors throwing far too much diesel in unless you make the cylinder bigger to accomodate it all. This is why you see smoke.  The extra diesel is being wasted/unused. It blocks the turbo, CAT, EGR etc. It also causes valves to block. You have REDUCED your engine power by not understanding how an engine works.

@urbex2007 You're the one who doesn't have a clue. My truck runs a hell of a lot better with these injectors. The truck is smoking because the turbo hasn't spooled up. Once spooled the smoke goes away ad egt drop. As far as making the cylinder bigger you have no idea how what you are talking about. My truck made more hp than stock with stock injectors and a chip but I didn't make the cylinder bigger. Stop trying to be smart...you make yourself sound stupid.

After you cut it out. Then saddle weld a piece of pipe to the bottom side so you can hook your flex line up to and cut a hole in the bottom of your bed. When all that is over just build you a cover that covers your homemade "Y" pipe and nobody can ever tell the difference. The stacks on my '91 12v turbo diesel cost me a total of $180.. thats including the pipe, stacks, flex pipe, and plate steel

They're called rain flaps, and they cap off the exhaust pipe to keep water from getting into your exhaust system. On quieter vehicles it makes an occasional ringing sound when it bounces shut.

I have hi idle, economy, tow/haul and extreme. I haven't had it reprogrammed since we rebuilt the injectors.  The burns I have now are foe the stock 90cc injectors.
