  • I've watched four of her videos on how to make ganache and she is the worst!! Never mentions how much chocolate or cream.

  • @threephasebiz Well, she showed the ingredients and their approximate quantities - that looked like a cup of cream there. I would imagine one melts the chocolate (chips or chunked bars), adds cream to desired consistency, stirring all the while, and adds vanilla and/or almond extract as flavoring to taste.

  • i think milk chocolate will just make the ganache sweeter. I'd stick with semi sweet
