I dont know if i want to do this next year...i come from West Lafayette, Ohio, Rigdewood Marching Generals ranked in top ten in state for while and we are like marine coprs. very strict, machanic like competitive band. EVERYTHING has to be perfect....so idk if i want to degrade to a show band or not....

This band is made for a mix of people! We have many individuals who have come from a Corps Style HS and many who have come from a more show band HS. I would say that the MGF is a show band; however, we have many marches year to year who even march DCI and still enjoy their time in the MGF. It is probably not what you are thinking of but it is a great/fun/exciting band to perform in! Why not come to mini-camp and just give it a shot!

@FlyingFreak67 yes it would be. The MGF, while mostley a show band does use many corps style techniques. Also The other studdents and the staff make it really easy to transition.
