Maybe he had no purpose in life and couldn't get the job ... then the infection happen and he has purpose again. But this is just a teaser to action stuff with no character development.

I was worried that this movie was simply a scam to steal money from donators. I mean, I thought it could be legitimate back when I first saw the teaser trailer, but I was cautious. I'm glad to see an update which convinces me for sure that this is really in production! I'm very excited, I love the games and I'm a huge fan of cinematography. This looks good.. but one question: if it says 'two weeks before infection', why does the news story warrant such urgency that it takes over the previous programme, and why can zombies/battles be heard when he goes outside? Surely two weeks before epidemic/outbreak would be better, or two weeks before infection would be minimal, contained cases. Kinda grey area :-/ oh well, it looks awesome either way, i'm just being pedantic!

They have their website where they except donations in return for things from the film production and also update it with how it is going. It has been in production for sometime and probably will still be since they are doing it without the aid of any major production companies.
