  • BLACKS GOT VOTING RIGHTS AND SHIT BEFORE NATIVE AMERICANS DID LOL STOP THE BITCHING AND LOOK AT A RESERVATION ONCE IN A WHILE PEEPS

  • @TheOneAndOnlySantana I hate when people try to mix things up lol ...so bassically since we got voting rights before the natives we need to shut up and accept that there is still discrimination? There should be no discrimination AT ALL toward any ethnicity.. and the fact that we could vote before them has nothing to do... Im sorry but youre not making any point here...

  • @philchelt Bunny Wailer and Morgan Heritage also feature on the track...originally sang for Amadou Diallo (RIP) murdered by NY police who practically got away with it. The underlying message here is about injustice, which in this case would be relevant to Troy Davis, Sean Bell, Steve Biko etc.....may their souls rest in peace,

  • @skilz0r Morgan Heritage

  • @skilz0r That's one of the brothers from Morgan's Heritage

  • when rastas say babylon they mean Western europeaners and muslims arabs right?

  • @phantom45m Babylon is ANY oppressor or downpressor regardless of race, color, or creed. Mainly the government.

  • @fiyahprincess no it's not when this rasta was made in JAMAICA DURING BRITISH CONTROL they hated the fact that they were poor and the white britts were living the life so they hated the white race and blame them for suffering of blacks as well as the muslims that started the trade

  • @phantom45m Bredrin, what about rastas not in Jamaica being downpressed by non white non muslims? Rasta has progressed worldwide, it is not just in Jamaica anymore. Babylon is a system, just like racism, based on the self proclaimed superiority of those in power, or chasing power. Blacks suffer at the hands of other blacks, i.e. politicians, police.

  • @fiyahprincess lol i hope your black lol

  • @bigkain I'm black. So were the Maroons who struck a deal with the Brittish to turn over run away slaves in Jamaica to keep their freedom, so was the man who betrayed Marcus Garvey, so are many of the cops who racially profile and join in harassing and beating black youth, so are many of the politricksters helping to make laws to oppress black people worldwide. Nevertheless, the truth is the truth no matter what race you are.

  • @fiyahprincess Fiyah burn pon dem

  • @fiyahprincess I'm white please stop being so ignorant the oppression that is world wide does not descriminate theres much bigger things going and if you dont see it your blind listen to what damian marley says in some of his songs patience especially

  • @jayboy2208 Fuck crakkkas man

  • @haraipha23 You would find it reasenable for me to say fuck blacks? say fuck certain white's sorry for telling this but have some moral.

  • @fiyahprincess "Nevertheless, the truth is the truth no matter what race you are."

    =D

  • @fiyahprincess fully agree with you, on the toilet we all smell the same, no matter what color, no matter what religiion :)

  • @phantom45m why would you ask a question and then when someone gives you an answer argue with them about it? doesn't make sense

  • Babbylon ago BLOOKCLAT BURN!!!!!!!!! SEEN.

  • BIG CHUNE is called "Brother's Keepers" (everywhere except for it's initial release on Ziggy and the Melody Makers Live, Vol. 1 album, where it was listed as "I Know You Don't Care About Me"). It features Ziggy Marley, Bunny Wailer, Buju Banton, Damian "Junior Gong" Marley, Morgan Heritage & Yami Bolo on the track, featuring a little Malcom X sample (just because I think ALL the artists should be recognized here).

Been out for a minute now...

  • Black history nothing! This story BETTER be in ALL history as a testament to the corruption in our society. ANd how it's ALWAYS swept under the rug. It has NOTHING to do with color ANYMORE. Race is just another card Babylon plays so that all the poor people will stay separated and will not unite. To them, a poor white person is just as expendable as a poor black person. My children WILL BE TOLD of Amadou Diallo. And what our society, of all races and religions, did to him. PLR, DS46&2

  • Buju is such a great artist....

  • the prison system is modern day slavery. your telling me to accept homosexuality but you criminalize young black boys from infancy. let my people go . until then there will be no peace. fuck all you devils . black power.

  • @reddbreze

Stop being a ridiculous negro. No one is in jail because he is black. Check the mugshots. Not one of those people was arrested for being black. They got arrested most often for driving without a license, then burglary, prowling, purse snatching, bad checks, shoplifting, domestic battery, possession. No one in there for being a black infant.

That "you're a racist" shit is tired and worn out. So stick it up your ass and stop making pathetic excuses.

  • @Gulfporter its amazing how white cock sucker like you think that racism doesn't exist. but sorry to inform you it still does. black people are discriminated against in many different ways. for example the housing market, the job market, they receive sub standard education and especially in the so called criminal justice system. i know you might think your a "good" white person with black friends but my friend your a piece of shit. burn in hell with the rest of your devil race.

  • @reddbreze

Blacks get a substandard education because their parents don't prepare them for school, they destroy schools, and they won't sit down, shut up, learn, and do their homework. In the process, they make any public school in which they are a majority a dangerous and miserable place. They also cost taxpayers much more per pupil and the results are much less. That's not racism, that's analysis. Deal with it.

  • @Gulfporter schools where blacks are the majority in are severely underfunded, overcrowded, located in poverty and crime invested neighborhood and have teachers that are sometimes simply unqualified. How can a child learn in that situation. this is obvious inequality How the fuck is this fair?. the truth is most white cock suckers like yourself think everything is fair because you see President Obama on TV.but the truth is there building more private prisons . so go fuck yourself devil.

  • @reddbreze

LOL. Ignorant. I guess you never bothered to actually look up the per pupil expenditures. If you had you would have found that not only are majority black schools (like DC, Philadelphia, NYC, Atlanta, Jacksonville) not underfunded, the amount spent on black students in mixed districts is disproportionate due to their "special" needs. It's also important to remember that many of these "black" schools used to be good. You can't shit in your room and then complain of the smell.

  • @Gulfporter as usual your an even more ignorant devil than i thought because Public school funding is directly linked to property value of the neighbor hood and property tax dumbass. The wealthier the district, the more funds they generate for local schools.. If the local property wealth is low, less money goes to schools, Those communities with high property values and high tax rates can generate vast sums of money for the public school system, The result is a great inequity of education

  • @reddbreze The problem with you is that you talk out of your ass so here are some real per pupil expenditure 2007/2008 numbers for you. Baltimore City $14,201 Philadelphia $9,399 New York City $17,923 Buffalo $15,989 Atlanta $13,516 New Orleans $15,361 Now compare those to: Salt Lake City $7190 COEUR D ALENE Idaho $6185 Flagstaff $7891 Portland Oregon $10,792 San Francisco $9,711
  • @Gulfporter Hey dumb fuck . those so called per pupil expenditures that you are referring is actually state funding which has declining to almost nothing in the last decade. The number one source of funds for public school are ,you guessed it property tax. So before you talk shit, do some research. Im sure you though you had little facts all together but turns out you never did just like your ancestors devil.

  • @reddbreze

Hey dumb fuck, those actual per pupil expenditures are the expenditures for the most recent published year. They are actual expenditures, thus the source (and I have never said that property tax isn't a source) is irrelevant.

The issue isn't the source of funding it's the amount, which you said was less for black students. It isn't. It hasn't been for a long long time, 40 years in some places to 60 years in others. So deal with it. Your excuses are worn out.

  • @Gulfporter once again you miss the point asshole. the money more wealthier pubic schools get through their property tax is in the millions this way outweigh any state funding. all communities get state funding thats moot point. because of lower property tax poorer communities do not get these millions in property tax funding.

  • @reddbreze

I'll give this one more try before giving up on you.

Those are the Per Pupil Expenditures. They are totals, not fractions. Where the money comes from is IRRELEVANT. What those numbers mean is that the students in Atlanta are being funded at more than double those in Salt Lake City. it doesn't matter where the money comes from for the purpose of our discussion. You said that black schools were funded less- that is not true and hasn't been true for a very long time.

  • @Gulfporter First of all your stats are all fraudulent , because if you take into account property tax there is no way you can come up with those figures. And there is no way I’m going to go to a right wing racist devil web site to verify anything. Your figures are based on state funding alone and not property tax. Give me a legitimate independent source and then ill look at it. So go back to your father satan and verify your source.

  • @reddbreze

The stats aren't fraudulent. They are easily to find in various sources, but naturally a right wing website is going to put them all in one place with ease of access and understanding. You are simply in denial.

Once again, those are the actual per pupil expenditures. Not a formula, not something "come up with".

Most lies have an drop of truth. Usually folks who claim black schools are underfunded use Detroit area as an example, because MI has such peculiar school districts.

  • @reddbreze do you have an independent source. i guess you don't. so fuck off with your right wing web site bullshit. give me an independent source not racist white devil lies like you've told for generations.

  • @reddbreze

Google "The over-funding of black public schools."

Now that's going to take you to a website you won't like, and you will find suspect because it's a right wing organization. But use it as a jumping off point to prove yourself wrong.

  • @reddbreze

You perceive that blacks are discriminated in the criminal justice system because you refuse to compare apples to apples, and to objectively analyze what you are seeing. A person with three convictions isn't going to get the same sentence as a first timer. Blacks are 12% of the US population and multiples of that in the commission of crimes- of course there are going to be disproportionately more blacks in jail, they commit a disproportionate amount of crime.

  • i love the marley brothers but i wish damian could slow it down coz sometimes its hard to understand his words im from south africa btw

  • now come on now...I CARE :)

  • Buju is INNOCENT!!! Free Up BUJU!!!!!!

  • free buju

  • let the water run walk on top of it true see the universe ol around you and me

  • The best mix of reggaeman's

  • FREE BUJU BANTON!!!!!!

  • @Garllo1 I agree with you, as I think that he would not even have to push drugs....

,he has millions on his account through his singing. be blessed.... Buju.

  • Marley brothers have the same voice as their father had...beautiful

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but at 1:20 sings Jjunior reid? 'nother thing..... the problem with buju (whom i think is a great singer by the way) and many others is the direct criticism of homosexuality.....it is equivalent to criticising or attacking verbally a race, a person, a religious expression. I think you should live and let live, freedom is for all and that's the real base of reggae music, One Love, One God, One Destiny, One Mission, Respect. Remember the first words of Bob Marley's "WAR".

  • @Azulaocapoeira The freedom you have, isnt freedom ;) you mabye dont even know what freedom is ;) becouse its beyond this reality youre living in

    Peace
