There is nothing new under the sun...This is not evolution. In my opinion its regression...There were children out there...thats okay right since the pop culture says "do what you want"...hmmm thats funny because that's the same commandment that the Church of satan promotes for its believers "do what thy wilt". Could it be that we are no longer a nation under GOD, but satan...Judging by these comments, and what the pop culture has been promoting since the late sixties. I guess anything goes now.

There's actually an example in China. A bunch of teenage girls stripped another girl naked against her will, and paraded her on the streets. No one came to the girl's rescue, no one called the cops, and that girl was then given to a bunch of boys to group rape. Now, when we see such a thing happening, that no ones doing anything to stop those teenage girls, do we define that as "respecting the individuals" as well?

I am hands up with respecting the individuals, and I love Erykah Badu's music. But I also think she chose the wrong way to prove her point. There's reason why the law is against public nudity. It might be safe for her to go naked in a tourist place like this, but say if a girl who has a mental problem goes naked in more...uncivilized places? The law's there to prevent those who aren't aware enough from being raped.

@DevaJones03 I will have to respectfully disagree with you. If there is one thing about the entertainment industry it's that ALL artists care about fame. They have bills to pay too. If Badu didn't care she would have never signed a major record deal back in '98 and would have never shot music videos, made award show appearances, etc. She is a very smart woman and new exactly what she was doing when she shot this. The video does have a great message though....

I just feel this was just tacky though (of course Erykah could give a shit what any of us think), but it was pretty typical naked stuff that she could have done a lot better than this.
