ecars, etrikes...then ejeeps and ebuses. well, now we're going somewhere for a change. let's just hope that this would continue to puss through and be successful. but i hope the philippine government would be also free from engots which also is very much rampant alongside with pollution and corruption.
If it's going to save the COUNTRY 35 MILLION then why are they not subsadizing the cost to the PEOPLE who operate them for twice the cost? If they subsadize the cost to PEOPLE then PEOPLE will use them and the cost will go down. Just my opinon.
It won't help. No matter what, that country will unfortunately still be a toilet. It will take much more to clean up the corruption, pollution, crime, dysfunction and depravity.
@moonrunrs hi dumbhead, nobody wants the corruption, pollution, crime, dysfunction and all kind of sick minds in the society, unfortunately, that´s rampant all over the globe, even in your country, we are against all that, but it needs to start on something, one at a time, and that is pollution for now, corruption hopefully will be the next one. Those corrupted people that feeding their families of their dishonest gains and fraudulent activities, yes they have good life now but not their souls
I liked to suggest also that there should be an organised traffic flow along our roads and has proper loading and unloading stops and all passengers and drivers must learn how to follow it. It would take some time to do this but at least we must start imposing it all.
I don't see whats wrong with this design guys, remember this shift is still in it's infant state, perhaps they will find ones that are of equal design with a bit of modern touch like the newer bigger ones. Remember the new ones also can support more people, used to be when you needed to transport more people, we would either need to wait for a jeepney, or hold on to the side of the passenger o_o while that was cool it's not very ideal ^_^
@TheAgnostiic Durrrrr, like i said in my original comment it's a matter of opinion... I actually agree, if they're polished and look nice, but the ones shown in the video are old rusty pieces of shit. I wouldn't want to ride in one of those... The new bikes are eco-friendly anyways so i still think they're better overall.
@AdmiralofTheEmpire 'Eco friendly' doesn't mean shit; no matter how much you do things in 'grean,' it's not going to shift anything in regards of earth and pollution. The new bikes are forced and they could have kept the old charm. Also, you quoted: "The new bikes are eco-friendly." The Philippines does not care about being 'eco~~~~friendly,' it's a way of cutting down on gas spending.
Hi, I am a Filipino residing in the Philippines and I just want to tell AJE that I already saw this video on their youtube channel some few weeks ago. I watch AJE everyday, and I am categorically saying that this piece of shit has been recycled.
So environment friendly! :) I hope the government subsidize these projects. Great idea to lessen air pollution.

i like the new design. it's simpler, bigger, quiter, and more spacious. i hate the recent trikes. its so tight and cramped inside.

I want one!
I can see this being used in my Local town here in the U.S.
But we will never see that, instead we have large trucks and horrible buses :)

those vehicles looks clean...when ever i travel to manila... i was so mad and disturb by those noisy sounds of vehicles
katreenabustamante 8 months ago
The best thing is that it will be a little bit quieter. The bikes they currently use are loud.

Well its about time!!!!
I remember that pollution was bad in the 90s now its worse if that is possible.
It should be common sense for the fils to get a cleaner, quieter and cheaper to maintain vehicle.
COMMON SENSE.

@CtrlAltDltYou That's a matter of opinion... i kinda like the look of the new ones. They look modern and not like motorbikes from the 50s...

@AdmiralofTheEmpire Bikes' style from the 50's look way better than these 'boxes on wheels.'
