Riley1831--Yes, ABBA's music may seem corny. It is often based on romantic themes, simple love stories, the tensions in relationships, the celebration of youth, and the problems of growing up.

There is never any profanity, drugs, depravity, killing, or insanity in the music.

The lyrics are simple, but deceptively so, or else you & I would have written them, eh?

Of course the melodies are fantastic and the studio production was nearly perfect. Result:
