  • @metalwire808 - You're really bitching about him using tongs on the chicken and using it for the asparagus ? You do realize that whatever "cross contamination" was solved by cooking it at high heat ? I can't imagine how our early ancestors ever survived with "cross contamination" You must be on your rag huh because you're bitching like you are. If you can produce a better video then please do so, if not shut the fuck up and stop complaining.

  • Grilled Asparagus is one of the truly best things you can do on a grill!! I like them wrapped in bacon too!!

  • In another video, you mention boneless chicken breasts and carry-over cooking. In that vid, you pulled it off at 155 or so and explained how carry-over will bring it to 165. In this one, you pull it at 165. Wouldn't carry-over put it at 175?

  • The Bernaise Finishing Butter is a Wegmans Brand item avaiable in our Dairy depts. Sorry, no recipe avaiable to it make at home.
