Amci06042, the last part of my last reply was wrong. What I meant to say is Frank Shamrock fights in a Hybrid style. He did what Bruce Lee said: Take what is useful throw away what isent. Through the years he's rolled with masters and strip it down to its basic form. In other words he couldn't teach Catch know even though that's what he first was taught. Aci06042, Its not my gym its Mr Shamrocks gym. Its located in San Jose california. I'm just one of the black belt bjj guys who helps tran his students. They have a wrestler there a boxer and Muay Tai guy. Franks approach since 99 has been a hybrid style. So he could show you catch even though that's what he first trained in. Lol

Hell ya I can dish it bro. Do it every day on the mat. I love a good debate. I tell my students all the time even if Frank Shamrock does something you think is out of place say something! My problem is I think this is the only place on youtube if you say something negative bout tony you MUST be from the Jake camp!lol know that I think about it that guy on shamrocks website saying all those nasty things must be Tito! Are there guys from Jakes website posing? Maybe happens all the time. What am asking is that you verify your information first before you made any allegations. You said your student post was deleted on the other video you said it was your post. If you get a reply that questions your motivations don't get sensitive. Your allegation that Cecchinecatch blocked your post is not correct. 1. You criticize Tony jus Tony. Yes it youtube you can post your opinion but why only Tony? Like some other guys from S. Wrestling who accuses Tony just Tony.

2. Your points and of him not rolling with student is similar to the other guys too.

So given the similarities and the ONLY Tony post you're highly suspicious

Amci06042 Go to "Lou Thesz on hooking" were I explain my background. I'm not from scientific wrestling I'm one of the BJJ black back that teaches at Frank Shamrock Martial Art Academy in San Jose. What happened was I had an account by different name but when I gave my opinion on a topic cecchinecatch blocked me from posting. I mean what are we in the 3rd grade? The point of Martial Art is good debate but some people are insecure. But I will be putting some vidz up soon. I back up what I say.

@b7r7u7c7e I like Frank S. You are referring to another video posted by some people who wants Tony to look bad. Cecchinecatch posted the same video. People had been posting there and no is being blocked.

This is a bad "drill". Always get tight control of the body before you secure a 2 on 1. I would first put my left hand under his head simultaneously placing my right hand between his leg, setting up for the mount. If you wish to stay in side control keep chest on his lower chest elbows close to his body then start your attack. Always get good position first so you have options!

Do you have a business or dvd that will not sell if Tony gets too popular. What is your motivation? You sounded like the guy from Scientific wrestling. How come he NEVER does any live rolling in these tapes. Even my bouncers do live rolling with there bjj trainers. You can find Hellio gracie rolling with his sons when he was in his late 60's. All i hear is how so and so said he this and that.....okaaaay so why not do some sparing....light sparing on these tapes. Frank Shamrock broke his back....still would spar. He also broke his arm....couple of months later he was sparing with his student.

@gungfu777 Because these are INSTRUCTIONAL DVDs, not DVDs of Tony rolling live. If you don't think he's ever wrestled anyone, fine. I don't think he much cares. As I told you elsewhere, there's plenty of footage of Tony rolling live out there. Matt Furey owns the rights to much of it and has pulled it from the market. Beyond that, he goes live for a bit on the new Snap, No Tap series. People who've trained with Tony -- myself included -- know what he can do. Believe us or don't.
