So like I said, Elder Scrolls is different in it's storyline, every game is it independent story, and it DOESNT have such memorable and great characters as Warcraft has....they are completely 2 different things in that aspect atleast for me.For me Warcraft is much more about it's characters, characters that for me have been some of the best in videogame history. And im not saying that every villain/characters should live forever,Im saying that they deserve better ending than to die as raidbosses

Besides, what if in the last WoW expansion,Blizz would allow players to kill Sargeras, the main evil himself?How can Blizz create anykind of sensible storyline after all the villains would have been killed as raidbosses, create Warcraft IV that wouldnt have ANY of these characters we knew and love from Warcraft III.I dont know about you, but I couldnt enjoy such game one bit.WC IV could retell the events of WoW SO MUCH BETTER than it was ever possible in that MMO,and that's what they should do

I don't understand why all of you think that blizzard is inept of creating new lore...If there was a warcraft IV, they could make it hundreds of years before, or just a few years after the death of the last major WoW character, there is no law saying "You can't do that!" and it has been used by many great games successfully (i.e. Skyrim, which takes place a couple hundred years after everyone from oblivion has died)

@DastardlyDistaste Elders Scrolls is COMPLETEY differerent thing than Warcraft...Warcraft III was heavily focused on telling the storylines of many great characters,and these characters Blizzard has been systematically killing in World of Warcraft as raidbosses....im not saying that Warcraft IV should entirely retell/rewrite the events of WoW,but it could tell the storyline of WoW in MUCH better way in it's first 1 or 2 campaings...every1 who has played WC III should know that

@Balnazzardi I don't see what elder scrolls being similar as a game has ANYTHING to do with what I'm saying AT ALL; but okay, I agree, they are entirely different games. All I am saying is they could make a warcraft 4 taking place a long time after the events of world of warcraft, or many many many years before. I was using skyrim as an example as a game that does this well, as everyone seems to think it an impossible feat.

@DastardlyDistaste Im NOT comparing them as RTS and RPG, Im comparing their storylines...in Elder Scrolls every game can be more or less independent, not relying on the story told in previous games, atleast not NEARLY as much as Warcraft...and much of Warcraft's storylines greatness (atleast for me) have been the characters...and I can tell you WC IV without Arthas,Illidan and all the other great characters would be EXTREMLY lame...these characters deserve better ending than what WoW did to them

If Warcraft were to become an RTS once more, it's focus shouldn't be the story. I honestly think Wc3 had too much story in it. Wc2 didn't really focus on it's story, I mean it had one of course but it didn't take you away from the game play and throw it in your face every 5 seconds.

@SpacemarineSpliffurt I think that EXACTLY what made Warcraft III so great...the storyline....and if you would want Warcraft IV to be more like WC II, without much story, you can forget it...one way or another Warcraft IV is going to have just as much, if not even more cutscenes and cinematics as Warcraft III, but like I said the storyline really HAS to continue from Frozen Throne, otherwise it would be fucked up

Man, I REALLY wait for the day that Warcraft FINALLY returns back to RTS....and I REALLY pray and hope that Warcraft IV would PROPERLY continue the storyline where it ended in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne....If Blizzard would do the worst thing imaginable, that they would set the events of WoW between Warcraft III and IV (well honestly I cant even see that happening if all the villains are getting killed in WoW as raidbosses)....Well I prefer not seeing WC IV at all, than see that happening

So with all those great characters/villains dead, Blizzard really has no other choice than to continue the storyline PROPERLY from Frozen Throne or then they dont make Warcraft IV at all.

@digniFisk Blizzard dont care any of that...they will put Sargeras as the final raid boss, you will see....maybe Sargeras may never be TRULY defeated, but that doesnt mean he couldnt be the final raidboss...and the main point still stays the same...if Blizzard ever wants to return Warcraft back to RTS, they simply have to continue the storyline PROPERLY from Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne....WoW has been systematically killing these villains as raidbosses,soon there will be no-one left to fight

@DJKasres Not really..this fits humans of lorderon because oif the opera and the trumpets, because the setting for humans is supposed to be royalty like some sort of kings court. You dont here orcs using more civilized instruments such as trumpets. Nope. They use lots of war drums and war horns and such to give them that tribal/primal look to match orcs. Either way its just a game and you seem to be too "into the game" to complain about music for factions. The music is just awesome.

@superwowman100 I originally posted for the fun of it, but I'm not really "too far into the game" I simply feel that while the music has a more human nature to it, the glory, lyrics and raw power of the song fits better with the Horde storyline

but all things aside, I agree, the music is amazing, I just enjoy delving a little deeper into the song and learning (or imagining) what the song means to someone, and how that meaning changes based on the story behind it.

@DJKasres Hate to tell you but i think you need to read the lore a bit more there. If anything this song is very deserving for the Alliance. At a point until the Horde leadership turned upon itself the Alliance was on the verge of defeat. I hate to admit that considering i am an ally player its true. At the last moment the Alliance rallied and drove a deep gash into the horde during its inner bickering. They attempted to regroup but it was to little to late for the horde. Honor to the Alliance

@satortartocovek yes it's technically called that in WC3 but they took the first song later and rearranged it into a Call to Arms in World of Warcraft. Either way, I just liked hearing all the different arrangements of the song back to back.
