Allen....he is a beast on the blue-line. The reason why he was traded is because Keenan wanted him or NO TRADE. Good luck to all three of them in Florida. Thanks for the memorizes guys. They may be Panthers but in my mind, they will always be Canucks.
Bert love the guy...but he needed a fresh start. Too much distraction for him in van-city. Auld...did pretty well last season...but..I still think he needs some more development. Not to diss him but...I don't remember him stealing any games for us. He played admirably but...not even one shut out? Also....he tend to let in at least one sometimes two soft goals per game and that's a killer man.
Yeah but Bertuzzi didn't havea BAD season either 71 points come on everyone said that was a pretty good offseason. But he's gone...Its not the BEST move the canucks made....So we havea great goalie and willie mitchell still big holes to fill but its still early.
I agree with you krustygsh, We NEED to get rid of Cloutier. I'll miss Allen, Bert and Auldy! They were awesome. Bertuzzi did NOT have a good season. Auldy did a great job filling in for Cloutier. (We should trade him weve got Luongo). Allen had a great season. Oh by the way getting rid of Todd Bertuzzi was the best move the Canucks made so far. I think they'll be better off without him. Nonis made a good move by getting Luongo and Willie Mitchell but I still would have preferred Brian Burke!
