There are really 5 Golden Goodies Yusef gives you:

1. Golden SMG (once you beat game, you unlock it)

2. Buzzard (once you beat game, you unlock it)

3. Gold SDD (I got it after the last Yusef mission, but you have to beat the game)

4. Golden Floater Boat (once you get 100% game complete)

5. Golden Tampa (in Middle Park)

Gold Buzzard & Gold Super Drop Diamond you get from completing Yusuf's missions. The Tampa only comes in a yellow body color with black stripes. You dont get the Tampa from Yusuf or anyone else in the game.
