  • read on ign that after Batman 3, Nolan will be involved in another Superman film. IMO, mistake. He should stick 2 Batman while its still hot. He could potentially make more Batman films after Batman 3. How many is another subject matter. Fact is, he can & should. He should move on when Batman isn't hit anymore. It obviously still is, esp. with TDK's success.

  • this version of the batmobile is okay, but i prefer the sleek, smooth version that it has been portrayed as before in the cartoon or comic

  • rachel looks uglyer in tdk

  • oh yeah....my first impression when i saw this film was....this story is so realistic.

  • Batman Begins is better than all the Rambo Movies.

  • IM BATMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN

  • Bale had the perfect Batman voice in Begins... wth happened in the Dark Knight??

  • Schumacher is a fag... he destroyed batman... and Nolan resurrected him

  • twice you should say... 5 years and still smittem by the values and other principles he put in..

  • I love the comics and the character, and must say that batman begins is my favorite mainly because it goes into the roots of the character him self as for Bale I thought he portrayed Bruce Wayne very well in BB but in TDK I found he had made his voice to raspy.

  • Batman Begins is, hands-down, the best Batman movie I've ever seen. It's not necessarily my favorite, though. That ranking goes to the 1989 Burton movie, but Begins is breathing down its neck as a close second.

Dark Knight ranks a distant fourth, as I didn't really like how he seemed to cease most of the concealment maneuvers and become a brawler. Didn't really seem like Batman anymore.

  • I have to admitt I think I might have liked Batman begins a little more than the dark knight actually (not by much though) mainly because I LOVE the whole story behind batman and feel that because of the way this movie was done that I finally truely had a better image of Batman. Nothing else really did a good job of telling the story behind the story the way this did. I also LOVED the fighting scenes in this and was very impressed!

  • what I saw in batman begins compared to the dark knight was that batman begins focussed on developing the best hero batman. The dark knight focussed on the greatest villain The Joker

  • I forgot about morgan freeman

  • does chris nolan hire americans? i think two face was the first one. I thought scarecrow was american until I heard him talk.

  • Katie Holmes is American.

  • christopher nolan fucking nailed the batman - gordan relationship!

  • ...and he gave Gordon a daughter! and that basically fixed another mistake from the Schumacher movies.

Batgirl is Gordon's daughter, not Alfred's niece.

  • just one word for both movies, AWESOME!!!

  • Dark knight wouldn't make much sense without batman begins, it goes behind everything. I loved this movie the first time I saw, I knew for sure Batman is the coolest superheroe ever!

  • Actually, The Dark Knight can serve as a stand alone film. I know many people who saw TDK and never Batman Begins and loved it all the same. My grandmother was one of them. TDK doesn't really refer to anything that happened in BB.

  • I know im a bit late on this.TDk was on cable earlier and I was sorta watching it. Scarecrow was shown in the beginning of it,granted being caputred and never being called on his name. And BB's ending shows the Joker card. I'd say it's more subtle.

  • @Boogie1188 actually itdoes..the joker card at the end ? the mob gets taken down whoch the joker mentions ?

First off, I would like to congratulate you on replying to something I said over a year ago. Second, if you really think about it, you don't need to know anything about Batman Begins to watch and appreciate The Dark Knight. I didn't mean to imply that TDK never continued or brought into fruition events that started in BB but rather that there wasn't a lot that happened in BB that directly continued in TDK. It's a lot different than other sequels, like, say Back to the Future Part 2.

  • @Boogie1188 ok wel this is the fist time i seen this video so why does it matter when i replyed to you ? and ya espically with the scarcrow scene in the begining this movie is obivouly sequel to batman begins its not a standalone film ? its part of bales soon to be trilogy ?

  • @MrVinnny5

The whole "reply a year later" was just me being humorous. I can see you don't understand what I'm saying (and I've said it as simple as I could) so I'll just leave it alone.

  • @Boogie1188 im just saying the movies are obviously together but i undertsand you that theyre not an extension

  • I remember the first time I saw Batman in this film and it was like, this is the live action Batman I've been waiting for ever since I started reading the comics 25 years ago.

  • one thing that batman begins is better than the dark knight in, is the fight scenes and the choreography.

  • ..They didn't include The scarecrow much... :/ ah well , still love Christian Bale lol

    ccc

  • the 2nd best batman film the dark knights the best

  • One word about Batman Begins and The Dark Knight: OUTSTANDING.

The Dark Knight was great b/c it REALLY emphasized the battle between good and evil, and a superhero movie is no good if it doesn't do that. But these 2 movies just nailed it head on!

  • i love this movie..it set us up for the great movie the dark knight.

  • Thanks for posting dude! Appreciated!

  • Thanks for posting! Batman Begins rocks!
