I enjoy Pump, so don't get me wrong, but you really can't justify saying that it's the best because you perform more reps than a standard gym workout.
Intensity counts. Quality rather than quantity, my 100 bicep curls are not as effective as your 50 curls at a high intensity. The feature of Pump is muscular endurance, out of a 5 minute squat track, the first 3 and half minutes are easy, its the last minute and a half that counts.
He's definitely right about it being fun though. Nailed it.
