  • The kind of meditation that the Bible would speak of would NOT be in accordance with the left hand path, it would be about submission to Jehova. Not about changing the causes inside of me, but about groveling and begging like a little dog. That is not peace. I say instead of groveling and begging for scraps from Jehova's table, knock his ass out of the chair and sit in his place. Take as much food as you want. Have your cake and eat it to. Have peace, and have lust, and take revenge.

  • For that matter, when I was Christian I felt "peace", but it wasn't what I have now inside. I BELIEVED I had found peace, but I still laid awake at night balling my eyes out scared to death of Jehova. That is NOT peace, that is a sham. Most Christians I know are EXACTLY like that, maybe not to the extreme that I was, but they ARE that way to a degree.

  • I couldn't find the post where the person told me that meditation comes from religion, so I'm going to reply. Yes, that is true, but most of the religions that teach meditation are ATHEISTIC. Buddhism is Atheistic, and I have no problem with Buddhism. I was saying we should wipe THEISTIC religion off the face of the earth. Anyone who found "peace" in theistic religion doesn't really have peace, they only believe they do. They are still slaves to a deity which IS NOT peace.

  • I look at the world, and the world seems to work that way. There is no god to do faith healings. If a faith healing works, it is because I made it happen. I am god. I am the author of my life. I create my own reality. I DO have the audacity to say that I will smite Jehova on his cheeck, pull his beard, spit in his eye, throw him out of the throne, and force the angels to bow down and worship me. Then again, that will never happen because there is no afterlife, but a guy can dream...

  • Faith that things will work out by self reliance. Faith without a deity. If there is no deity, then when the right set of circumstances happen, then whatever it is will manifest itself in reality. If I drop applications, I have the right education, right history, right qualifications, played the numbers game, chanted and meditated focusing on that goal(so I sent out the right vibes when getting interviewed giving me an advantage over the next guy), when there is a position, I get the job.

  • I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER REVIVAL OR HEALING CRUSADE EVER AGAIN! FURTHERMORE, I DENOUNCE GOD AS A HEALER!!!

  • @funny20171 Amen brother, long live Atheism. I say let's encourage the frauds to keep scamming people so we can bring forth the great golden age of Atheism that we are witnessing the birth of in the 21st century, with science as it's Holy doctrine. Always honor the Holy godless mother-Reason, and Always venerate the Holy godless father-Logic, in all you do. May peace and prosperity be with you along the path of Belial.

  • @FriendofDaishonin Thanks for those kind words. By the way, I'm a female. No harse feeling though.

  • @funny20171 Well then, amen sister. Live long and prosper:)

  • @FriendofDaishonin Amen! Thanks alot!

  • @FriendofDaishonin Actually, I believe that faith in the way that the Asian religions practice it or as Dr. Lavey taught it(faith in the law of cause and effect, and faith in your own ability to answer your own prayers), is vital to success in this life. My definition of faith is confidence based on passed experience. I don't like to call the law of cause and effect "god" because that is misleading. It has no sentience or conciousness.

  • I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR BOLDNESS TO COME OUT OF THE SHADOWS AND PROCLAIM THE TRUTH. GREAT IS YOUR REWARD IN HEAVEN!!!

  • Yes I acknowledge there are false prophets/fakes, but that statement also implies, and I recognize there are real/genuine faith healers/prophets. ( How could you assess a fake, w/out a genuine to compare against ? )You must exercise Spiritual discernment. True believers? see- Russ Dizdar, Mark Biltz

  • @antekatetaketna Well I too believe there are true prophets, that's what I have been saying all along.

  • 51 ignorant people ready to be brainwashed.

  • This video is such crap. People fall for one of two reasons or a combination of them. Either the power of God does touch them or they fall because they don't want to be considered "unspiritual" or they get slightly touched, but not enough to actually make them fall and they fall anyway for not wanting to appear unspiritual.

Calling this hypnosis shows this guy is just a money-making fraud also. He DIDN'T get that from Scripture!

  • why wont god heal amputees DOT com

  • i didn't need to watch this video to know that faith healing is bullshit, but i'm happy someone posted videos about these frauds.

  • I'm sorry, but the gifts of the spirit cover all of that behavior, and are scriptural (1Corin. chap. 12 & Acts), so to say he repented bcuz of a lack of scriptural support is nonsense. Yes you can find charismatic behavior in other religions, and even before the advent of Christianity, bcuz of the involvement with parakletes(SPIRITS), who love to demonstrate through us. Recall during pentecost the flame over their heads & Heb.1:7 "He makes His angels spirits And His ministers a flame of fire."

  • I had doubts too, but a friend took me to a healing conference and I was healed of severe referred pain in my arms, which has never returned. A friend could barely walk on her foot and was healed. Every time I ask her about it she bounces up and down on it to show me it's great. Another lady near me had her knee healed from a bad surgery and severe pain. She was running the next day. We were all careful not to claim anything b/c we didn't want to give false hope to anyone, but we were healed.

  • I saw one the other day in Spanish.

LOL, one hand was longer then the other and then they prayed and the fingers got longer to become even.

  • How is it that you take one man's deceit and wickedness and apply that to every person who prays for the sick? He was a liar then, maybe he's just a liar still and capitalizing on the distrust you and your audience have for those who pray for the sick. Wouldn't Jesus be included in those that you seek to expose? If I remember correctly He prayed for the sick everywhere He went and told us to do the same. Oh, don't remember that part of the New Testament? How about John 14:12 for starters?

  • B.S. breeds B.S. If you start with a fake religion, you can only get more fake over time.

  • it's all about the control of your mind. once they get it they can play with your total being.

  • wait a minute so healing and the gifts of the spirit are not biblical? let's get rid of the gospel and also let's get rid of the new testament as well. let us erase the parts were Peter was able to heal people with his shadow . Or Paul resurrecting People

  • @KingDcome11 You missed the part were Jesus directly gives the gift to heal people to his deciples. You sometime have to read the whole Bible to get why certain things are goin on.

  • @kightsun that's what I'm saying. All over the gospels we see Jesus healing and giving authority to his disciple to heal the sick and cast out demons. To reject healing and the gifts of the spirit is to reject what the bible is saying.

  • @KingDcome11 Yes, but if there are people pretending to have the gifts of the spirit than they are liars and the truth is not in them.

  • @kightsun I totally agree with you. THERE IS false prophets in the world and Jesus warned us about them but that's not reason to reject those who are true prophets. There were false Christ's before Jesus but that's not an excuse for us to reject the Real Christ, Jesus Christ. The gifts of the spirit are biblical...will some try to make money out of them? sure! But Jesus said we would know his true followers by their fruits. There is people who love God and love people and those are true prophets

  • @KingDcome11 Jesus was a healer as every other healer in our time. healing with plants and all kinds of substances and tricks he learned at the Essene sect so nothing special. Has nothing to do with being a God which he was NOT let alone God himself.

  • @KingDcome11 how about we just get rid of all of it...

  • @dubstepmusic1992 get rid of what? the bible? why should we do something like that?

  • @KingDcome11 have you read the bible?

  • @dubstepmusic1992 yes I have. Why?

  • @KingDcome11 did you find anything amoral in the bible?

  • @dubstepmusic1992 Of course... After all it is about the lives of human beings like you and me who are bound to act immorally when given freedom.

  • @KingDcome11 i guess i should have specified, do you find anything amoral about the commandments of god. for example Exodus 21:17 "And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death"

  • @dubstepmusic1992 I see what you mean. I'm no expert on this subject. Bu if I was told not curse mom or dad because I might get a death penalty I will simply not do it. I think this is more cultural than anything else. Those commandments were meant for Israel. I think that as a community and culture, kids cursing his parents is not normal in those places. There is alot of respect for the elderly in those cultures. So I don't think people were dying everyday b.c of this. In America respect

  • @dubstepmusic1992 for your parents is not a big deal. Growing upI had many good friends who respected their parents but I also had friends and knew people who would not care at all to curse their parents and disrespect them. I have many friends from different places where the most important thing they value is the respect for elderly and parents. It's a horrible thing to curse at a parent, it's like a crime. No voice raising, no nothing. just keep your head down and they love it that way

  • @dubstepmusic1992 By the way we have, killing in the name of God is amoral isn't it or what else is ? Moses and Son killing all those people in Canaan to be able to come to the so called ''promised'' land. Promised land ? Is God a murderer and a racist or what ?

  • @TheRelihunter I think if you read the bible it will be clear that god is a murderer. He killed at the very least tens of thousands of people in the bible. not including the people that god commanded be killed by other people.

  • @KingDcome11 Because its a fraud.

  • @KingDcome11 Yep get rid of the bible cause the bible is not a least spiritual its a fraud ! Nobody was miraculously healed in biblical times its only the people who believed that themselves. Nobody is resurrected not even Jesus !

  • @TheRelihunter and you know this because?

  • @KingDcome11 Because 1) Think for yourself 2) Do a little reading.. Bushby, Gardner , Ehrman etc. good luck. Dont let distort your history and work to set the record straight. Forget about that relicrap think for yourself.

  • @TheRelihunter Well if i go and read biased works against Jesus like you have I'm not thinking for myself... I'm letting someone else convince and dictate what I ought to believe. You must read both sides of the story which I'm sure you haven't. I have read the stuff Ehrman writes but I have also read the other side of the story. I don't know how you can claim that Jesus healed with plants....how would Ehrman know this? what are the proofs for this?

  • @KingDcome11 no the Gospel/Acts are real ! Casting out demons & healing the sick are what believers in JESUS CHRIST can do. This video is referring to those who are fakes/liars, who don't believe, and are in it for the money. Use your spiritual discernment ! How can anyone see/hear Benny Hinn, and think he's a Christian ?

  • @antekatetaketna As I said earlier to someone else. There is true and false prophets that Jesus talked about. But Just b.c there is false prophets doesn't mean there is not true prophets. Even in the real world there is people with false identity who claim to be someone they are not. Church is not an exception . But if you listen to this video carefully you will realize this guy is pretty much saying there is no prophets, no gifts of the spirit which is all included in the bible.

  • @KingDcome11 Child please. When you see them dudes go to all those full hospitals, THEN make that statement!

  • @miskittt make what statement? about true prophets? Even in the times of Jesus , there were time he didn't heal everyone. He went to a well just for one man who had been paralized for many years. There were so many other people sick in that place but he chose one man only....why? I don't usually understand the mind of God and why he does things the way he does.

  • @KingDcome11 Why don't we just wipe ALL religions off the face of the earth not have to worry about it any more? The church promised me to get "the peace that passes understanding since I was 7(I am 32 so they LIED to me) and I only found it as an Atheist practicing meditation.

  • @FriendofDaishonin Why should we wipe religions off? You might have found peace in your atheism but many other people find peace and hope through religion. Plus, you do realize that meditation comes from religious practices? Some of the earliest references to meditation are found in the Bible, dating around 1400 BCE,and in the Hindu Vedas from around the 15th century BCE., other forms of meditation developed in Taoist China and Buddhist India.

  • aka belief is powerful

  • When is the human race going to grow up and realize that it's ALL BOGUS! The Bible is filled with supernatural claims and promises, and yet there is zero imperically approved evidence for any of it. What does that tell you?? If you could "ask anything in Jesus name" wouldn't it be the greatest witness to the world to see a single example of evidence? This is why I've stopped being a Christian. Think!

  • @audiotrax2000 You obviously haven't done your research. I agree there are some nuts out there in the name of Christianity, BUT undoubtedly, There are innumerable cases of miraculous healings recorded as medical miracles by non-believing doctors who could not give any logical reason for certain impossible recoveries, in which the patient attributed to their faith... innumerable cases! Just go to a hospital and ask a couple of well experienced doctors.....

  • Comment removed

  • @audiotrax2000 That can't be the reason you stopped being a Christian. Either

1.) You weren't a Christian in the first place.

2.) It was a religious / cultural identity (a product of your upbringing or environment) not true personal faith or

3.) You were in search for a reason to clear your conscience because you can't let go of your sins.

... Death is a result of sin and Jesus was sent to set the captives (slaves of sin) free

... but not everyone has faith.

  • @MECENJAH: I'm not going to continue with an online YouTube debate, but your reply here is exactly what most people have experienced trying to have an honest conversation with a Christian (and I was one myself for over 50 years). You know absolutely NOTHING about me, or my quest for an honest relationship with Jesus. Yet you throw out 3 "options" (pick one) from the Christian auto-response manual, to dismiss my private spiritual life as corrupted dishonest junk. Appalling arrogance. Out.

  • @audiotrax2000 No arrogance. Just faith His Truth--being that without Jesus, you will die in your sins. That is not what He desires for you or anybody, nor do I, but truth cannot be compromised. If you are truly on a quest for an honest relationship with Jesus, and seek the truth about your eternal existence, then I stand in the gap for you in prayer, that the Creator may truly reveal Himself to you. But you must trust Him. If you not then you can never know Him.

  • Glad to see someone turning honest and exposing the charlatanry for what it is.

  • @LukeScientiae The real charlatans are the secret organizations that control governments and social systems engineered to convince you, scientifically, that there is no God or spiritual reality. Why has the history of all mankind been in tune with the reality of the spiritual realm until now? I agree religion is a waste of time but reality isn't. You're more alive after u die. Just ask anyone, Christian or not, who has been medically/clinically dead and came back.

  • @MECENJAH Clearly you don't understand what "scientific" actually means, not to mention that anecdotal evidence about "near-death" experiences isn't worth very much, and certainly not enough to infer anything about "secret organizations" - the staple of conspiracy nuts. Experiences of people who approach death are perfectly reproducible and are well understood. They can be induced by oxygen starvation, magnetic fields an other physical phenomena. No woo necessary. It won't persuade you, I know.

  • @dallaskenn truth hahah

  • "Read the Scripture"- Good word.Mark 16:17-18. Apparently does not believe in scripture, or only read what he likes.

  • Mark 16:17-20 solidly stands there for those who claim to be Christian and deny God's power to heal. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. His name is healing, Jehovah Rapha. How can God change His nature?

  • bottom line.. "read the scriptures" best quote! 9:45

  • LOL he became a faith healer before reading the Bible? LOL

  • they fall down because they want to fall down...nothing supernatural about that

  • 2 Chron 5:13-14 "so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God, so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God." Here is the first time in scripture where people actually went down to the ground under the power of God. What happens, the Spirit of God touches the body, and it causes the muscles to loose strength and they fall on the floor, without pain

  • You foolish people, sure, there is many false christians(,but WARNING),GOD IS REAL,JESUS IS REAL,AND THE HOLY GHOST IS REAL,and guess what? JESUS CHRIST STILL DOES MIRACLES,AND HEALS THE SICK.(O YOU OF LITTLE FAITH).Satan is a liar. do not be deceived by Satan. GO FOR JESUS. there is POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST.

  • @ilililhy1 You're silly and retarded. Grow up.

  • I do not know much about those failings, because I never did. But some people do actually get into some type sleep without nobody touching them.

A friend of mine, she did. I saw her and then she told me her experience and I believe her. She has no reason to lie to me.

And twice while praying together, a sister next to me just failed like a rock. Nobody was praying for them or touching her. We were just holding hands while praying. I would say, some are true and some are false.

  • "Mystical eastern religions" at 8:42? What do you think christianity is?

  • thanks for posting. Most of my christian life I was a charismatic and word of faith. Thankfully no longer

  • @reformed1Cor14 I am curious... What caused you to change or move away from the Charismatic/Word of Faith Movement.? I tried it and found it wanting, seems like everybody was always trying to get ''wound up''to some high state of anxiety, some of them were exteremely superstitious and some I knew viewed me as a second class christian. Some were simply out of touch with reality. always looking for some new charged experience rather than the simple message of christ

  • @borecleaner1 hello. I would say it was a long progress and my heart left WoF long before I actually did. I was longing for something historical but the idea of being a catholic didn't appeal to me. I couldn't pray to Mary for an example.

I had my first son and was wondering how I could 'pass down' my faith which led to me to wonder what my faith really was. A friend of mine, from Facebook, left my church and posted links that refuted Word of Faith teachings

  • @borecleaner1 (pt 2) I would watch or listen to the links and started to watch a bit of Paul Washer. It was crazy to think I was listening to a non charismatic baptist. Later I watched Justin Peters and after listening to him I had enough. But still was a charismatic. I am not more of a Cessationist and Reformed in my theology but it took a few years to get there.

  • @reformed1Cor14 What turned me off about the WoF movement was talking to an accquaintance who told me he had ''claimed his healing''after a knee injury...He was wincing in evident pain while uyyering those words. Some of the Youtube vids REALLY turned me off about that movement...Does God heal ?...Absolutely.He can heal via divine fiat or through the hands of a skilled surgeon or a prescription. People who think we have an absolute RIGHT to healing miss the mark....

  • @reformed1Cor14 We ALL stand daily at the mercy of God...we have NO ''RIGHT''to healing...to think so would,as if we could, strip God of his sovereignty. I once heard Benny HINN state ''Cancer is only a WORD''..Wow, I wiosh I would have known thta before I saw a dear Christian lady writhing in pain while in the process of dying from liver cancer...This craziness infects also parents who think that is an act of unbelief to take their sick child to a doctor..That is not faith, it is child abuse

  • @reformed1Cor14 God bless you. I'm glad you've been freed from this heresy.

  • @reformed1Cor14 Too bad you didn't get enough of God's life giving Word in you that you wound up rejecting the truth for powerless and dead religion.

It's powerless and dead religion that gives the mockers and scoffers most of their ammunition.

As darkness increases in the world, servants of the wicked one will have power and you'll be powerless. Why should they listen to you when you deny the power of the New Testament Gospel?

It's rhetorical, simply for your consideration

  • It's sad that this is often times true. Why do people seek after signs & wonders instead of simply putting their faith in Christ?

    whatthehellbook . com

  • @Truthprevails9 And I can tell by your spelling that you're one of the top experts in the world on this. Obviously. You know what, you watched Zeitgeist and now you think you're an expert, and (even though I'm supposed to care) I really don't care if you go to hell. According to Romans, God's passive wrath is Him giving you over to your sin and delusion and doing nothing to stop you. Moses tomb has never been found. Josephus and the Torah make this quite clear. I very much doubt you found it.

  • @Truthprevails9 The extant copies of the new testament date to well before Constantine and the Roman Catholic church. You've been listening to regurgitated, long discredited nonsense about Jesus being copied and pasted from other culture's mythologies. Horus, Krishna, etc. It's a joke that people are still buying into that, when academia has discredited it. "Moses has his tomb"? Really? Where? The Jewish belief- even scripture itself- says explicitly no one knows where Moses was buried.

  • LIES. The Holy Spirit, He DOES cause all sorts of things to happen in people when they enter into His presence and are full of Him. This however only happens when someone submits themselves to God and ASKS. People in this generation who beleive in Jesus Christ can and do; heal the sick, speak in tongues and all sorts of things as explained in the BIBLE.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit (if you're really praying to GOD, in the name of Jesus) is NOT hypnotism. It only happens when you ask God

  • @trispytreems Ok, not ALL sorts of things, but all of the things described in the Bible at least

  • @Truthprevails9 Wrong. He's mentioned by Josephus and a few other historians. He wasn't a huge sensation throughout the Roman empire, and after He was gone the Roman empire destroyed written and oral records (kind of hard to preserve oral records when those who bear them are being fed to lions and crucified). The Roman empire hated Christians and did to them what liberal scholars claim Christians would later do to gnostics and their writings. Why so much credence to them but not Christians?

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 Sorry to rain on your parade again, but the 2 paragraphs attributed to Josephus regarding the existance of Jeebus, are considered to be forgeries.

Also, the Christians of the day were NOT persecuted any more or less than follwers of Pan, Mithra, or any other religion. Even the Catholic encyclopedia states that the alleged "throwing xians to the lions" is a fairy tale.

Your religion and your bible are based entirely on fraud and lies. Grow up.

  • @castletriglav

You should read some actual history books about persecution. There are plenty of secular volumes that don't agree with your statements.

  • Comment removed

  • Not to mention ones that validate at least most of the TF

  • @castletriglav Wrong. Part of one is suspected of being a forgery. His mention of James, the brother of Jesus, and of John the Baptist are not. Nor is "Against Apion", which doctrinally makes Josephus sound like he might have been an Ebionite Christian. It's debated- not settled. Just like the date of the supposed similarities of Mithra to Jesus were likely actually borrowed FROM Christianity later- not before. You're educated beyond your intelligence.

  • @castletriglav We'll see when we die then won't we.........

  • @Truthprevails9 Come on really? That is not a mystery. You need to do some more reading and studying. There has never been a doubt over Jesus's existence. Even non believers have validated that he existed. The debate has always been was he who he said he was.

  • Comment removed

  • Ahhh, the religious attacking the religious. My absolute favorite spectator sport. Now let's arm them and set em loose on each other. We crucify the winners and the world lives happily ever after....

  • @fdasherv So, if we ignore them, you characterize all of us as Benny Hinn, and if we acknowledge the non-Christian disgust at Benny Hinn it's "the religious attacking the religious"? Damned if we do, damned if we don't, huh? People like you are hypocrites. "All Christians want is money". Then when real Christians pop their heads up and condemn the televangelists you condemn us as judgmental? Excuse me?

  • @soren08 It's true I paint you all with a broad brush. You are equally backward and we'd be better off rid of the lot of you. When you "real christians" start eating your own like this faith healer and doom-sayer Harold Camping, you get a glimpse of what it's like to be an atheist. You get to see yourselves the way we see you, if only for a day. That is the way we see you all the time. From the god-hates-faggers to the Sundays-only christians, the insanity is damned staggering. You're excused.

  • @fdasherv Hey, bro, I agree that I've known many Christians who lump the actions of all atheists together. True. I understand your frustration with that. But that makes it no less fallacious to lump us all together with the "god hates faggers" (those people are very evil), Harold Camping, and Benny Hinn. The media, in general (which is not run by Christians- last I checked) lumps us all together, and makes us answer for each other, and that's intellectually dishonest.

  • @fdasherv You lump all muslims into the terrorist category, too?

  • @fdasherv I mean, what you're telling me right now is that you're fully conscious of the fact you're making a logical misstep, but it's okay for you to make it, because you're doing it in revenge for being lumped, yourself, with the likes of Mao, or something? Fallacy as revenge. Interesting.

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 Ah Mao. Right idea, wrong execution (pun intended). But no, the past doesn't embitter me. Even though without the christian dark ages, Columbus might have landed on the moon instead of N. America. The past is unchangeable. I worry about the coming dark age. Faith-healers and doom-sayers have a leg up because "real christians" like yourself believe in magic and ghosts and allow their kind to run rampant. Tell me, what is the age of the earth and do you know that you evolved?

  • @fdasherv I am FAR more worried about the coming dark age that will be brought upon the world by the spread of Islam. Christianity is nowhere near as much of a threat- even though I acknowledge a minority of Christians have done some boneheaded and downright deadly things in the modern era. Islam is the real threat. They actually say openly that they want a return to the dark ages. I'm a biology student, so yes, I'm well aware of the potent explanatory power of the theory of evolution.

  • @fdasherv And as of now I lean toward old earth intelligent design. Unlike many Christians you've probably run across, my entire life, my loyalty has been for the truth- no matter where the forensic evidence of science points. What do you think about "mitochondrial Eve"? As for believing in the supernatural, I have subjective experience with it. I know that serves as no currency for you, but as I said I really don't care what the hell you believe, so long as you respect my own freedom of thought

  • @sorenk08 So that's a 'no' on evolution. What's an old earth to you, 10,000 or 4.7B years? Mitochondrial Eve is on it's way to be a full-fledged theory considering DNA doesn't lie. She lived 200,000 years ago and is separated from Mitochondrial Adam by thousands of years. Genetic science is truly beautiful. It's my freedom to the truth that must be respected. Believe what you want, just lay off science textbooks. When creationists hang like a millstone around the neck of progress, I get mad.

  • @fdasherv How is that a 'no' on evolution? I'm a biology student, dude. Are you even aware of the difference between micro and macro evolution? Micro is easily proven. Macro is more difficult to prove, though I would say from phylogenetics appears to be a sound and elegant explanation for what we're looking at. I believe exactly what C.S. Lewis believed in regard to evolution. The sad thing is you don't even realize how intolerant and bigoted you sound. Bet muslims get a free pass, though.

  • @sor8 "Leaning toward ID" is a 'no' on evolution. They are incompatible by today's terms or have you read a paper? Micro and Macro operate by the same established mechanisms, despite their difference in scale. As for phylogenetics, I'm more impressed by modern nucleotide sequencing than the traditional morphological data. C.S. Lewis has no published opinion on the age of the earth. How could he? It was established radiometrically decades after his death. I am intolerant, madam, but no bigot.

  • @fdasherv Sir, actually. C.S. Lewis believed God used evolution to create life, and by implication agreed with the time scale of evolution, but you can quibble on the exact figure if you want.

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 I'm less concerned with C.S. Lewis' time scale as I am with yours. C.S Lewis is well dead and his opinion is well known. In several responses (which I thank you for) you've failed to provide your opinion on the exact age of the earth. For me, that's a prerequisite to understanding your beliefs. Many scientists who are christian (some of the world's best) do not engage their biblical constraints on this scientific fact. Why should you? Truth shall set you free and all that?

  • @sor08 Thanks, that's why I didn't mention it considering the 500. C.S. Lewis like most intelligent, tortured christians had his own demons reconciling fact with dogma. Easy for some (Newton), not so easy for others (Galileo). Like a modern christian geneticist (Collins), dogma had no purchase on their scientific claims. When Bonaparte asked his Bishop Astronomer, "But where is God in your model?" The Bishop replies, "It's not necessary." So again, what is your learning on the age of the earth

  • @sore08 Dudette! I just saw the rest of your posts. Sorry I missed them earlier, but you have to limit yourself to the 500 characters. I'll miss them otherwise. Well, now that I have you here: No, muslims don't get a pass. Their heinousness is just past that of christians. But hey, we're fighting them over there so I don't have to fight them here right. Homegrown christian terrorists are what I have in my scopes. From school boards to Congress, I'm watching. Nobody teaches my kids pure shit.

  • @fdasherv Lol! Why do you keep referring to me as female? You apparently sequenced my genes and know something I don't. I find that people like you don't weight the threat posed by Christians versus the threat posed by Muslims logically. The instructional texts of Christians (the new testament- the old is abrogated by the new) don't command violence from them. The instructional texts of muslims do command violence of them. Hence the 100 people murdered over a cartoon of mohammed.

  • Then account for Norway. I refer to you as female because that's how you come across. I suppose in a few years you'll be praying the gay away. No matter. 9/11 is in a few weeks and I have my "Pig-Head Mohamed" photo silk screened t-shirt of an actual photo session using a dead pig head and a turban with some interesting photoshopping. Beat that for anti-muslim! Now, try to answer the few questions you hysterically overlooked (like a chick). What's the exact age of the earth, biologist scum?

  • DEAF,DUMB,BLIND AND BORN TO FOLLOW.

  • I don t believe in anything that is false. i know there are many false preachers, teachers...ect out there. I just want to make sure I'am understanding correctly...is the overall message on this page is that GOD DOES NOT HEAL ANYMORE. If that's the message then that is a LIE from the pit of HELL. JESUS did many things that were unorthodox and was called a false prophet too.

  • And this all happens in the 21st century!

  • This is what I have always said..These are the spirits of divination and not from God.

  • HAHAHA to hell whit the video you commentators are making me laugh XD

One christian nut job and one atheist who seam to believe in spirits.

are you fucking whit me xD

Who gives a damn? if the christian converts to atheism or of the atheist coverts...wold it really matter? Nope.

To hell whit the lot of you!!

Believe or don't it's non of my fucking business and no one else's for that matter. xD

And i have conquered all including my self whit that last statement xD

    Do not reply.

  • This Bull !!!....." much is bad"...yet I know[ God and "SOMEONE"] haven't evaporated!!!

THERE IS SOMEONE REAL !!! and when you say everyone, like the bible has mentioned ( false prophets ) you are saying someone can't be real. EVEN IF ITS ONE MAN RAL youre hurting him as a true healer through Christ !!!

  • Whats sad about american "churchianity", is that they have taken the power out of the Gospel. Jesus, and the Apostles layed hands on the sick, prayed and healed people, and also cast out demons..but if someone does that today, we kick them out of church!!..so all we have is a dried up, powerless sermon every Sunday morning. Ive even been to a mega church in California and the wussy senior pastor said there are no demons in america!, they somehow only exist in 3rd world countries..so sad!!

  • Comment removed

  • I am part of a christian church that is NOT religious fortunately! and i get really mixed feeling about Benny Hinn but i have layed hands on people that have been healed of some crazy things and have some crazy things happen to me. Healing from prayer is real but god wont show it to everyone especially theses people that are so closed minded. Its a blessing and a gift and he wont give what is for his children to the Dogs!

  • So when christians pray in silence then another human experiences the effects of the prayer, what would you say then?

What if you first experience it all, then been told about how the miracles work.

What then? What are you saying about David Wilkerson?

How he told everyone that he had heard from God that the USA will be brought down because of the worlds economic / trade center?

When you can't even control your body, what do you call that?

Your concious ain't affecting the results all the time..

  • I was born and raised in the southern US (TN) and I've put up with this crap since birth. I was never made to go to church so I look at things from the outside while being able to go inside the asylum too. When my daughter was born, I found out that a preacher stood outside the veiwing window 3 times a day and prayed for the babies. I had no problem with that but I wouldn't sign a paper to have her blessed I was treated like Satan by the hospital staff. I did put "Jedi" on the religious card:)

  • @ginko27 U are a God among insects... i believe Jedi's stand for better things than these people.

  • @ginko27 Wouldn't allow your daughter to be blessed? If you think the nurses were bad, what if God treats you like Satan?

The Jedi 'religion' of Star Wars was based on the Hindu philosophy. Yoda even quotes from Krishna's Gita.

    Good luck with that.

  • @ginko27 religious card? I didn't know there was such a thing.

  • There are no miracle cures there is no jesus and his cures either. ITs ALL BULLSHIT.

  • They fall down bcuz they was pushed down or some people jus go along with the program.

  • wake up dick heads. the bible is fake. i read the bible 5 times and all it does is contradict it self over and over again with most of the scriptures. this guy is telling u the truth. its all common sense.

  • Your Gay!

  • @EC41I highly doubt you have read it 5 times LOL Explain to me some scripture that contradicts?

  • Wow, never seen a limb regenerate through hypnosis!!!

  • @timmyponder it does say in the bible that we are gods. Jesus said it himself and the word christian means crist like or little christ. I dunno about the trinity thing, i have never heard him say that. And the bible does promise prosperity. Of course that isn't just talking about finances but those are included. Now I'm not saying that Benny is perfect, or that he even has perfect doctrine, because no man does or will. However I do not believe he is a false prophet.

  • @aildluver

He is fake. If you listen to this all these tricks, he does EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. He said Women were meant to bring babies out of there sides? He is not only an idiot but he is so closed minded, I have met him in real life because of my Dad, they were great friends. Yet i KNOW that Benny Hinn is a fake. He said he was healed of a stutter.. He never has had a stutter confirmed by his best friends when he was younger. He makes so much money from parasiting on The Sick.

  • I know that last comment sounded quite rude but that was not my heart at all. I am sorry to everyone for it sounding that way.

  • Have any of you actually been to a Benny Hinn meeting? or even heard him preach? I have and he preaches the uncompromised word of God. Not some bogus crap that he made up. I am aware that there are false prophets and that we should test the spirits. However Benny Hinn is not one of them. He is a man of God filled with the Holy Spirit who Loves Jesus. Do yourself a favor, go out and get "Good morning Holy Spirit" then decide about him.

  • @aildluver... Really...

so when Benny Hinn, himself said that chirstians are Mini-messiahs and little gods, thats from the bible...

Benny Hinn, has also been qouted and preached many times saying and suggesting there are 9 (not 3) parts to the trinity...

and for saying because you are a christian god will reward you financially...

All of these things have been said and even written by Benny Hinn...

All of which ARE not in the bible..

bible verse are avalible if needed....

  • This is the difference here sir, Jesus is the healer, NOT YOU!!! So you speak lies and untruths!!! You try to intelleculize the gospel, and the gospel is so simple a child can understand. Get a clue and quit telling lies, go after the true and Living God and not after a man!

  • This is the difference here sir, Jesus is the healer, NOT YOU!!! So you speak lies and untruths!!!

  • Tod Friel, are you Mormom, A Witness, Catholic, Scientologists, or just plain scared? Why the attack on Protestants in what once was a Protestant country?! I do agree the church needs a revival, but why not give a balanced view? Are these other "religions" less offensive than Protestant churches?! Not from what I hear, but who talks about them or makes fun? jo

  • The power that hit Saul ( Paul) on the way to Damascus is the same power that works - bringing divine healng and other Godly miracles. The Nephilin/ fallen angels will of course always oppose God. An amputee will be healed one day - in your very close cycles my dear friend. U are very right to ask for this miracle . Do not be ashamed to testify when it happens. Awaiting that testimony my friend. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Like to see these so called faith healers heal an amputee.

  • @tumishona1 Miracles do not happen, the healing of someone with cancer for an example does not come from prayer it comes from medical science or just pure luck. And amputee can prey till the they are blue in the face and surprise surprise there will be no miracle. Trying to rationalise this won't work either.

  • @ozzylad71 wrong!

  • I don't mind WOTM efforts ~ their commenting policies can b ridiculously strict ~

    Ironic *

  • somewhat right as a man thinketh so is he, if we believe we are healed then we are and keep believing that is faith. i heard him say that the girl was hit by a bus and died that contributed to her death as well. I have been healed and I thank God that He healed me many many times

  • There are some 'christians' (like these) who don't believe in healing. So this video is obviously going to be biased. What I don't understand is why this guy is still a 'christian' if he doesn't believe in miracles. Bizarre. Anyway, people do get healed, and there is X-ray proof these healings where bones have instantly re-formed. This happened in Lakeland, Florida and is happeneing today in Mobile (Bay of the Holy Spirit) - with provable healings.

  • @aioee There is not a single piece of evidence where a person who was ill before seeing a healer, came out cured. They NEVER bring people up on stage with visible injuries. Like say, a man with missing legs and they grow back. Or even a pinky toe. Besides amputees, it could be someone with severe arthritis in their hand, and he straightens out the fingers in front of everyone. But they wont. Nothing visible has ever been done. They cant even make a zit go away. Its a ridiculous scam.

  • @JabberCT i am living proof of healing

  • @aioee

I don't believe he said that God does not heal if it's in His will to. They are talking about faith healers like Benny Hinn, etc and all that goes with their act, like being "drunk in the spirit" and the rest of it.

  • @1776iscoming What’s the bottom line on God’s will for our healing? His Word reveals that to us in 3 John 2, which says,

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

    That IS god's will.

Drunk in the spirit? I would suggest you get filled with the Holy Spirit and experience the drunkeness for yourself. ACTS 2.

  • @aioee

Holy Spirit doesn't make you drunk. The Bible says to "not get drunk on wine, but be FILLED with Spirit", not DRUNK!

"for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7

And here's the fruit that the Holy Spirit causes in us:

    Galantians 5:22-23

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

  • Sincere followers of Jesus want truth. Nobody wants fake-Jesus-stuff. The problem with this interview is that Mark doesn't know what he is talking about. I've been around the world and seen "spiritual" work from non-Christian religious practitioners. It is dark, it is vile, it makes my spirit cringe and its evil. Having also been to my share of "revivals" or places where healing etc. happened, it is NOT the same.

  • There have been alot of healings in my family so there is no one that can tell me that God has changed... The only thing that has changed in this world is that people have put themselves ahead of God and they will themselves answer for that before God. I hope those who have not crossed the line with God will turn from the lies and deceit they show to the masses.. Man can lie, God never does, and he is still the same God as yester
