Fear not good people, the census officer does all the hard work for you, he states at 4:04 in this vid that "YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT" so therefore you have the right not to tell him/her or anyone anything about anything ever if you so desire, yet he is suggesting that if you remain silent, (ie dont furnish them with your private household details your committing a crime,) uhhhh. And being aware of that fact then not likely to be the case.......this way of thinking can be adapted to all walks of life where these silly threats of being ^liable" to a fine are used against the common man, woman or child. to raise the revenue that i and the rest of us have no direct involvement in the outcome of how our cash is spent!
The world needs more folks like this fellow who know their rights under common law. I've heard the government of the UK has launched a campaign to try to convince people to respect the government. I guess no such campaign would be necessary were the government respectable. I'm waiting for a similar campaign to hit the fan here in the US as the government lost respectability quite some time ago.

Filling a census forms takes half an hour and you do it once every ten years. IF you think this an infringement worthy of making an issue about, then God help you if you ever have a real crisis in your life ..

Made he laugh how he kept on trying to trip you up! in all fairness you have a strong opinion on being a freeman under common law however in reality of day to day living within the system,i personally would have used that against him, he keeps asking have u received one in the post not addmitting to that makes the paperwork he threatens to file usless and obtaining details as he stated via another source for the purpose of a named summons in this case would make it illegal oh the irony of it!!

Good stance and good answer on the speeding..No harm or loss caused ! And being aware of that fact then not likely to be the case.......this way of thinking can be adapted to all walks of life where these silly threats of being ^liable" to a fine are used against the common man, woman or child. to raise the revenue that i and the rest of us have no direct involvement in the outcome of how our cash is spent!

The world needs more folks like this fellow who know their rights under common law. I've heard the government of the UK has launched a campaign to try to convince people to respect the government. I guess no such campaign would be necessary were the government respectable. I'm waiting for a similar campaign to hit the fan here in the US as the government lost respectability quite some time ago.

@barnbersonol Let's all do as we're told even when it doesn't benefit us in any way! It's none of their business who you are or where you live and they should not be threatening people. The census will mainly be used for social engineering, to find out if their plans for the social structure of the country are working. This is England not Nazi Germany!

What have you got to hide anyway? The census doesn't require any information that can be seriously considered offensive. Just how many bedrooms, how many people etc. Your sort usually bleat about your rights but bitch & squeal when asked to fulfill their responsibilities. How do you think hospitals are positioned? Community centres positioned? Roads planned & built? It isn't done with a bloody magic wand. Governments need a database to do their bloody job.
