@franklinfx First of all I do understand what debt and deficit mean, second Clinton left America with that debt but it was less than before he took Office so he did pretty good, Bush didn't quite do so well, because of some of his less intelligent decisions, not that he had any smart ones offcourse, and that 6 trillion Obama supposedly added is as I said a result of Obama putting the wars on the books! Bush never paid for them so offcourse the debt went up a lot under Obama so far =s

@franklinfx Offcourse you're right mentioning just how many billions, but when you look at it as the percentage of the GDP it was 48 percent when Clinton started and 34 percent when he left, which means the debt may have gone up, but the economy went up a lot more!! where as under bush we went from that 34 to 53! which doesn't only mean debt up but also economy down. So you're right they both raised the debt, but at least under Clinton the economy didn't go down!

@franklinfx we should and must criticize everyone in power, and Obama has had more criticism in his 3 years uptil now than Bush in 8. The economy is a mess and it was a mess when he arrived, he's trying to change that but it's like a train at full speed you have to start breaking a long time before you want to stop. You can't get an economy back on track in a few months. It's also hard to emprove the system when every good decision has to be pushed through Congress with so much effort.
