Also, the best Heavyweights arent in the UFC, the only one who would pose any threat to Fedor is Brock Lesnar, but Brock Lesnar might not even fight again because of his injuries. And Fedors career is fine and his legacy is cemented. Hes dominated the heavyweight division for 10 years, something not many people in any weight division can say.
UFC is where the pros play. It is what the NFL is to football. Fedor is an incredible fighter, but ufc was the first big MMA company in America. It wasn't successful for many years. After White bought it, HE made the right moves and now everyone knows what mma is. The UFC has been a vessel for some of the best fighters in the world. No disrespect to other promotions. Please let me know which promotions is better because i have seen none (not including PrideFC).

i think dana was thankin chael sonnen for beatin okami, because now he doesnt have to give him a title fight. the fight wasnt really that exciting, which is usually what u get with okami, hence the ufc not wanting to give him a title fight. okami should have gotten a title fight instead of thales leites way back when. he definitely deserved it more and they would of avoided that horrible showing.

Fedor wasnt offered 5 million a fight, that was proven false. Also, the best Heavyweights arent in the UFC, the only one who would pose any threat to Fedor is Brock Lesnar, but Brock Lesnar might not even fight again because of his injuries. And Fedors career is fine and his legacy is cemented. Hes dominated the heavyweight division for 10 years, something not many people in any weight division can say.

UFC is where the pros play. It is what the NFL is to football. Fedor is an incredible fighter, but ufc was the first big MMA company in America. It wasn't successful for many years. After White bought it, HE made the right moves and now everyone knows what mma is. The UFC has been a vessel for some of the best fighters in the world. No disrespect to other promotions. Please let me know which promotions is better because i have seen none (not including PrideFC).

I'd rather have an experienced promotor running the show personally. I understand Fedors decision, hes out to make as much money as possible but "signing your life away" as the zuffa haters put it is very standard. I've signed several such no-compete contracts and given up my creative/inventive rights several times at past jobs and now that I own my own company I make my guys sign the same thing. It's business 101. M1 doesn't even have a promoters license, take over the ufc? Ya right.

Dana treats his fighters great, but there are a lot who hate him. It's not just about Fedor, but it's about those who don't want to sign their lives away to Dana. Couture tried to get out, but couldn't. He would have it he could have. All it takes is a few angry top employers and the rest will follow suit.
Rogers would beat most of the UFC's heavy weights so what are you talking about?

If you heard the interview it was actually gary "jerry" millen saying that. The guy is a slimeball and makes dana look like a saint in comparison. He's jealous of zuffa/dana and it shows in every interview. He brings it up constantly that dana is so bothered by everything millen does bc he's so much more successful than dana and dana cries at night thinking about millen's success.
