    i started these at 12lbs and reps of 12 and i started seeing definite definition in my shoulders in about a week, after 2 weeks my shoulders were noticeably larger, then i increased the weight to 25lbs and reps of 15 and they are starting to look awesome.

  • should I perform this with a slight bend in my elbows?

  • yeah, i dont understand why all the workouts can be done standing and then sitting...is it necessary to do both?

  • good to mix it up, keeps the muscles guessing and sitting isolates the muscles more

  • depends. most people tend to swing their body bit more and utilize other parts when standing. for this particular exercise here, it will probably feel a lil harder seated than standing

  • can u get wider shoulder by doin that

  • yeah, just do the form right and eat

    you'll probably see results in 2 or 3 months

  • results come with good nutrition

  • with these it takes awhile... takes me two weeks to go up 5 pounds and even then its still difficult
