i started these at 12lbs and reps of 12 and i started seeing definite definition in my shoulders in about a week, after 2 weeks my shoulders were noticeably larger, then i increased the weight to 25lbs and reps of 15 and they are starting to look awesome.
depends. most people tend to swing their body bit more and utilize other parts when standing. for this particular exercise here, it will probably feel a lil harder seated than standing

yeah, i dont understand why all the workouts can be done standing and then sitting...is it necessary to do both?

good to mix it up, keeps the muscles guessing and sitting isolates the muscles more

with these it takes awhile... takes me two weeks to go up 5 pounds and even then its still difficult
