@tigran914 ---------------->Statistics speak different, as US has the highest prisoner population on earth and most people jailed are 4 victimless crimes. I would say most of Europe is more just than USA. I'd think "the most just" countries are Scandanavian countries.

In some aspects USA is more brutal than North Korea. For example, u can smoke a joint walking around in Kaesong and no KPA soldier will give 2 shits, but try that in Seattle :P

@xxxdieselyyy2 who decides what is victimless? drugs being sold is something that should be prosecuted, possession of more than a individual use amount usually means they sell, anyone can say they are innocent, but finding out who is guilty is the hard part, and Scandinavian countries have very flawed justice systems, they are in such a place that they might just give up on murder suspects for no reason other than human rights but in my point of view if you kill you aren't human

Most ppl in US jails arrested for such crimes fall in the user / small cultivator category. How is Scandanavian justice flawed? Rates of murder are MUCH MUCH less than what u see in USA. One other disturbing fact of US is that income levels can be taxonomized as per eugenics- which is not a sign of a healthy democracy.

@xxxdieselyyy2 did i ever say our justice system isn't flawed? every single justice system is flawed, Scandinavian justice systems have flaws that countries where "everything is okay" style people live, our justice system is flawed but not so much that it can be considered damaged, it relies on people whose justice you have to assume is good, most people are fucked in the head, and i don't trust our government for shit, but i'd rather have them than some crazy nazis, or fascists(disputable)
