Cartoon would indeed keep adding so-called "stars" ntil the real quality characters got pushed out entirely.

Now theres no more Dexter, Cow, Chicken, Johnny Bravo, the awesome cast from Toonami, even the Powerpuff Girls were pushed out!

They tainted their own quality and willingly stepped into their graves.

Now the internet is the only place where what they used to have still remains.

And we will love it just like we did years ago.
