5 years ain't bad, i had 16 year old campbells turkey noodle soup last month, for giggles, raw. was a little acidic. turkey tasted fine, after half the can my gums started a low burn. took a day of heavy drinking to kill the gum burn, soup went through me like draino. i think if i would have done the 100% dilution and boiled it, as per can instructions, it would have been potable. if i was there, i'd have scarfed the can of stew on the spot. the shot might have warmed it up a little :)
Shame on you for shooting those poor defenseless cans. I know, it makes as much sense as the PETA idiots but I had to say it just to make things fair and balanced.
i am offended of you shooting a perfectly good can of stew...apology accepted...next time shoot cans of okra, brussel sprouts, kraut or garbanzo beans; i hate those veggies...
