lol...in hte car he don't jump into he's just doing control the carr to whit the player you see the mini heath bar moving ..not like the big health bar :p :p

I made the character turn invincible and "stuck" into car when i press CTRL key while near a car. The mini health bar is showing just becouse i didn't feel it important to disappear at this point of developement.

I've already made more advanced top-down shooters but unfortunately there is no video material available about them at the moment.

@sotaukko I made my own pong game (look up "the impossible game of pong" on the gamemaker site) and I tried to make an ai but it didnt really work well I made it so that It would win every time because I couldnt get a very good ai so I just make it impossible to win :P

upon creation of the bullet do action move towards:

x: mouse_x

y: mouse_y

speed: 20 (or 30?)

idk, make the speed watever u want. hope this helps

Yep, they are. No so much, it probaly had took weeks to figure out how to make and make it. I said it is, cause there are those 3D games and those stuff that take months to make!

alot of the time if they know what theyr doin it may take weeks for a beta but other times yes months of course to complete a 3d game mmay take a year or 2 and u also need pro for the 3d thing
